ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR<br />
This position is responsible for the following<br />
functions and requirements:<br />
• Strong troubleshooting abilities & good communication skill set<br />
• Ability to work & communicate efficiently with Team Members/Production/<br />
Quality Control & Management staff<br />
• Ability to follow through on work orders to completion<br />
• Identify Electrical & Mechanical issues within the facility<br />
• Strong preventative maintenance background, solve problems through<br />
Root Cause analysis<br />
• Excellent working knowledge of control wiring/PLC’s/schematics/blueprints/<br />
working knowledge of OSHA regulations & Arc flash regulations and all facets<br />
pertaining to safety in a production setting<br />
• Industrial background preferred in a Production setting<br />
• Ability to meet & maintain set goals within the Maint. Dept<br />
• Successful candidate should have a minimum (5) yrs. supervisory experience,<br />
with 10 years preferred, will train the right candidate with less than 10yrs<br />
