JET-SETTING VETERINARIAN,
HERE’S WHO TO FOLLOW RIGHT NOW
Amber Chavez and husband Jon Huang
noticed their French bulldog puppy loved to
sleep in sinks. Tired of texting the funny photos
to friends, they started an Instagram account
for Manny—and watched his followers quickly
grow to 1 million. Now Chicago-based Manny, 6,
travels the country to meet fans (Jason Aldean
and Snoop among them). “When we get a
suitcase out, he knows he’s coming—he realizes
he’s special,” says Chavez, 34, whose full-time job
is managing the pup. And though the couple
have four other Frenchies and a bulldog-boxer
mix they dote on, it’s Manny who means the
most outside their home.“People tell us stories
of how he’s gotten them through a tough
time, and it’s so gratifying to hear,”
says Huang, 39. “Seeing the way he puts
smiles on people’s faces is amazing.”

Happiness, is
out now.
