sedentary society, Fit Kids will keep 

your son or daughter active and create positive, lasting habits of physical activity. 

This program aims to build a base for your son or daughter’s body control, athleticism, 

cardiorespiratory endurance, and muscular strength. 

The 4-week program consists of 2-3 sessions per week (depending on age group), 

implementing a structured program specifically designed to target coordination, 

agility, flexibility, speed, and power.
