Talent Development<br />
<strong>EDC</strong> focuses on developing, engaging, and retaining<br />

consists of 1,866 employees, with 33 executives;<br />
1,366 managerial, supervisory, professional/technical<br />
employees, and 467 rank and file employees.<br />
Our affiliate, First Gen Hydro Power Corporation<br />
(FG Hydro), numbers 66 among its highly skilled<br />
employees. Our international operations based in our<br />
foreign offices in Chile, Peru, and Indonesia consists<br />
of 18 employees.<br />
