understanding that, due to lack of stock or restricted loading space, some of the merchandise may be<br />
unavailable on certain flights. Unfortunately it is not possible to ship these articles. Due to permanent<br />
improvements in product quality, the actual product may occasionally differ from that illustrated or<br />
specified in the catalogue. We do not accept any liability for accuracy of content. Tobacco goods may<br />
be purchased only outside the EU and only by authorised persons.<br />
Wir freuen uns, Ihnen auf allen unseren Nicht-EU-Flügen ein attraktives Sortiment präsentieren zu<br />
können. Wir bitten um Verständnis, wenn bedingt durch Ausverkäufe oder Einschränkungen der Beladekapazität,<br />
nicht alle Waren auf allen Strecken an Bord verfügbar sind. Der Versand dieser Artikel ist<br />
leider nicht möglich. Aufgrund der permanenten Verbesserung der Produktqualität kann es im Einzelfall<br />
zu Abweichungen von Katalogabbildungen oder -angaben kommen. Für die Richtigkeit der Angaben<br />

Customer Service<br />
Our flight attendants are instructed not to open sealed packages in the Inflight Shopping range. Thank<br />
you for your understanding. If you are unhappy with any article you have purchased on board, you may<br />
return it to a flight attendant during your flight. You are also entitled to send it back to us within four<br />
weeks after purchase. This excludes perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco goods and sweets.<br />

Unsere Flugbegleiter sind angewiesen, versiegelte Verpackungen von Inflight Shopping Artikeln<br />
nicht zu öffnen. Für Ihr Verständnis bedanken wir uns. Sollten Sie mit einem bei uns an Bord<br />
erworbenen Artikel nicht zufrieden sein, können Sie diesen auf demselben Flug dem Flugbegleiter<br />
zurückgeben. Danach können Sie den Artikel innerhalb von vier Wochen an uns zurückschicken.<br />
Davon ausgenommen sind Parfums, Kosmetik, Tabakwaren und Süßigkeiten.<br />

Payment<br />
Shopping on board is easy. We accept major currencies as well as the credit cards pictured below.<br />
Please note that in case of payment with credit cards exceeding a certain amount our flight attendants<br />
are entitled to ask for your passport.<br />
Die Bezahlung an Bord ist einfach: Wir akzeptieren Bargeld sowie die unten angeführten Kreditkarten.<br />
Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis, dass bei Zahlungen höherer Beträge mit Kreditkarte der Reisepass<br />
verlangt werden kann.<br />
