HAVE IDEAS FOR FUTURE EVENTS?
The Events Committee hopes you joined your neighbors at Food
Truck Friday in May.
Do you have an idea for a Grayson Lakes gathering? Please send your
ideas to events@graysonlakesliving.com.
TENNIS COURTS ARE NOW LOCKED
Please LOCK the courts when you leave! The Grayson Lakes tennis
courts are now locked, but accessible to all residents over 18 yrs.
and in good standing.
Unfortunately, there have been repeated incidents reported of
inappropriate use of the courts and damage has been done to the
facilities. These types of additional costs can impact annual dues,
so we encourage all resident tennis players to assist with this simple
security procedure.
The association has had repairs and new equipment installed this
past spring, please help keep it clean and in good condition for all!
This amenity is for the enjoyment of residents and their accompanied
guests. After using the courts, it’s important you lock up!
You may call Crest Management at 281-945-4632 to receive the
access code.
ARE YOUR TREES AND LANDSCAPING TRIMMED?
Many neighbors enjoy walking throughout Grayson Lakes because
of the lakes, expansive green space and beautiful homes.
Please take time to check your landscaping near all of your sidewalks.
Are the trees trimmed upwards of 8’? Are the trees trimmed for school
buses to pass with clearance? Are front beds clear of overhanging
shrubbery (Sago Palms, in particular), fire ant piles or fallen rock
borders? Also, if your sidewalks have sunken or shifted unevenly, this
is a safety hazard that is the owner’s responsibility. Just a friendly
reminder to please ensure that the front and side of your home’s
sidewalks are enjoyable for all walkers!
IT’S HOT OUT THERE!
Yes, spring has definitely arrived and this is a perfect time to look
over the exterior of your home for mold and mildew.
Mold and mildew occur frequently with heavy rains and high humidity,
but can usually be removed with a good power washing.
Please help keep your home in good repair and the neighborhood
looking great.
MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS
The monthly HOA Board meeting is held the third Wednesday of
each month. ARC meetings are held the second Thursday each
month. Both meetings start at 6:30 PM and are held at the Grayson
Lakes Clubhouse.
DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS
Please do not feed the ducks that live on and around our lakes. It
causes problems for the ducks as well as for the residents that live
near the feeding areas!
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR
Please be a good neighbor - keep the sidewalks clear of vehicles,
check for low hanging tree branches and overgrown shrubs near the
sidewalks, clean up after your pets, put yard waste at the curb only
the night before and remove garbage cans from visible sight except
for trash days. The trash service includes pickup from your garage,
so only yard waste needs to be placed at the curb.
