SpiroTect TM products are available on NHS prescription and can<br />
be easily obtained from your GP or pharmacy. Alternatively,<br />
you could use one of the Dispensing Appliance Contractors<br />
based around the UK. They offer a free home delivery service,<br />
providing all prescription appliances direct to your door.<br />

The items listed on your prescription need to be dispensed by a pharmacy or a<br />
Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC).<br />
You are free to use a DAC of your choice, some people use two or three DAC’s or a<br />
combination of DAC’s and local pharmacies. The choice is yours!<br />
Typically, most DAC’s provide products that are delivered directly and discreetly to<br />
your door, with little or no direct face to face interaction.<br />
DAC’s provide a comprehensive support structure that often include their own<br />
qualified nurses, free disposal bags, wipes and sometimes other extras like a<br />
starter kit including a free wash bag.<br />
You are not obliged to stay with any particular DAC, if you wish to change just let<br />
the prescription coordinator know, they will ensure your prescriptions are sent to<br />
the DAC of your choice.<br />
