School Students<br />

Following the successful course in May <strong>2017</strong>,<br />

NCW staff are linking up again with Dr Chris<br />

Stonehouse, the VI Resource Base leader and<br />

QTVI at World’s End Infant and Nursery School<br />

in Birmingham, to focus on the needs of primary<br />

school students with a visual impairment.<br />

Monday: Pre-Braille and Literacy, Social Skills<br />

and Living Skills.<br />

Tuesday: Numeracy and Mathematics, and PE.<br />

The course can be booked either for a single day<br />

or for the two days.<br />

Who should attend:<br />

Teachers and Teaching Assistants working with a<br />

primary school aged child, or parents of a visually<br />

impaired child at primary school.<br />
