Jing’An Villa is protective historical building group nowadays.
Although it not has very long history, it was still in important position
in Morden times of Shanghai.

In the World War II, Shanghai was a colony. The site was the
racecourse for French Concession. It was owned by colonists
before Zhang Jingjiang bought this area in 1928. This man was
a powerful man in KMT, while he used to be teacher of Chiang
Kai-shek. In 1932, he established Jing’an Villa as a private villa for
