Center Stage Theater, during the salsa night<br />
series Noches con Ritmo.<br />
Featuring local and regionally known bands,<br />
the performance line-up for this salsa music<br />
and dance series is always fresh as bands rotate<br />
throughout the schedule to ensure each event<br />
has its own unique vibe and rhythm.<br />
Possibly best of all, if you need to brush up<br />
on your moves, one hour before all the performance<br />
festivities kick-off there is dance instruction<br />
provided, 7pm – 8pm, by Evie Quiñones<br />
ensuring you find a dance partner and are ready<br />
to move by the time the band starts at 8:30pm.<br />
One regular patron, Stephen Oshiro,<br />
recommended to first time guests, “Having<br />
fun is the bottom-line! You may not get (all<br />
the dance steps) the first time, but it gets into<br />
your body and you just start moving. Just<br />
come and have fun!”<br />
Of course all that salsa dancing to live music<br />
will work up an appetite, but don’t worry,<br />
Center Stage Theater has you covered. With<br />
freshly made food each night and a full bar with<br />
drink specials available before 9pm, you’ll want<br />
to arrive to the event early to take full advantage<br />
of the menu.<br />
