Rain Cookie<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />

2 eggs<br />

2 tablespoons of sugar<br />

1 cup milk<br />

2 and 1/2 cups (tea)<br />

wheat flour<br />

1 tablespoon baking<br />

powder<br />

3 tablespoons of sugar<br />

1 teaspoon cinnamon<br />

METHOD OF PREPARATION<br />

In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, milk, flour and baking powder, then mix until smooth and<br />

homogeneous<br />

With the help of a spoon, take portions of the mixture and pour into a pan with the hot oil<br />

Remove from the heat when you are on the spot, then mix the cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle<br />
