The sharks commonly seen on our baited dives on Aliwal Shoal and Protea Banks though out the year<br />
are Bulls (Zambezis), Oceanic Blacktips and Duskies, but from February to May each year we are privileged<br />
to have a very important visitor, the Tiger Shark. It is the ultimate shark diver encounter. This majestic<br />
and powerful animal visits our baited dives very often during the season and so you can get really<br />
close for a chance to get that perfect underwater photograph.

Umfolosi game reserve<br />
Once the hunting ground of the King Shaka Zulu,<br />
Umfolosi is the oldest game reserve in Africa.<br />
Located in the savannas of Kwazulu Natal, in the<br />
heart of the the Zulu kingdom and in the margin<br />
of the mighty Umfolosi river. It consists of 96000<br />
Hectares of wilderness, rolling hills and magnificent<br />
wildlife. The reserve is home of the big five<br />
and much more.<br />
St Lucia (Isimangaliso) wetland park<br />
iSimangaliso Wetland Park (previously known as<br />
the Greater St. Lucia Wetland Park) is situated on<br />
the east coast of Kwazulu Natal ,It is a world heritage<br />
site and the third larger reserve in Africa. It is<br />
composed by a variety of different ecosystems,<br />
from beautiful sandy beached, savanna, wetlands,<br />
rivers and bushvelds. It is home of the African<br />
Hippopotamus and the Nile crocodile.
