I deal more effectively with daily problems. For me personally, I have to say thank-you for giving me a new start in my new life. Glad you were there to help. The service was excellent! Treated me as a friend, with dignity & respect. OPEN, COMPASSIONATE, NON-JUDGEMENTAL, OUTSTANDING. I am a very different person today then I was when I started. I’m happier and healthier and I have a bright future ahead of me! My counsellor was great. I feel I met a new friend. 19
