How often do you travel by train or bus?
According to the German Statistics Office, around 31 million journeys were made by public transport in Germany every day in 2016. You could almost
think half the nation was on the go every day. Well, it's not quite like that because some people do several trips every day by bus and/or train.
Let's assume that only one in a thousand of these trips was accompanied by a suitcase with wheels. Nowadays it is very, very common to see suitcases
with four wheels standing in trains or buses. The owner will be sitting nearby and keeping an eye on the suitcase, but not a hand. Theoretically, that would
mean that there are 31,000 moments every day when such a suitcase could go into automatic pilot: particularly when the train or bus brakes virtually
without warning – a very common phenomenon on city buses. Have you ever seen a suitcase turned into a weapon when this happens, so to speak,
ramming itself into the back of someone's knees or even knocking someone over? And when fully packed with contents weighing 20 kg, it can unleash
a primeval force that is difficult to contain. This is nothing new for us.
That's why we think it's such a fantastic idea to put brakes on suitcases with four wheels, so as to prevent precisely such unpleasant experiences for
everyone involved. In 2018 we are launching our very latest product for such situations – our new suitcase made in Germany GO FIRST - STOP LATER.
It is the first and only soft-shell suitcase made in Germany to have an integrated brake right next to the TSA lock. Developed in Germany, patent pending,
made in Germany and child's play to use: Push the sliding lock down and the brakes are on. The name says it all: go first, stop later. Ok – it all comes
at a price. For those of you that are more price-conscious and prefer hard shell luggage anyway, we also have suitcase brakes on another range –
SPEARHEAD. And if you only travel by car and/or plane, we have a lot of luggage ranges without brakes in our programme. But with around 31 million
trips a day, is there really anyone who never travels with a suitcase by train or bus?
We wish every suitcase user on public transport a safe journey with brakes on all the time. And everyone else of course, no matter which means of transport
you use, we hope you arrive safely at your destination and back at your starting point.

appreciate a suitcase with brakes. With this situation in mind, we are launching our new suitcase made in Germany
GO FIRST - STOP LATER. It is the first and only soft-shell suitcase made in Germany to have an integrated brake right
next to the TSA lock on the side. Developed in Germany, patent pending, made in Germany and child’s play to use:
Push the sliding lock down and the suitcase will stand firm. The name says it all: go first, stop later. And of course,
the suitcase offers everything you can expect of a really good suitcase: A long service life (with a 10-year guarantee),

P-A-Y-L – Pack As You Like. That’s what this new suitcase range is all about. What it means is that this suitcase
consists of two halves which can be opened from the top (if you don’t have much space), but still allows you to
access everything in the case from the top down to the very bottom. Or you can open the suitcase using the main
zip and lay it down flat and pack both halves separately (if you have more space). The outer material has a very
eye-catching balloon pattern, making it easy to spot on the luggage carousel. Stratic’s patented suitcase construction
method MaxRelaxTech ensures that the four double wheels keep on track despite the very flexible suitcase front.
And last, but not least, this suitcase glides along on extremely quiet double wheels.

A true lightweight, or a super-lightweight to be more precise, from Stratic. A new method of
construction where the front section and the main zip both taper off on the top of the suitcase
have enabled us to do away with all the reinforcements in the frame and structure without
sacrificing stability. Despite their feather-light weight, you can still pack these suitcases up the
maximum weight allowed by airlines and use them as normal. With a net weight of between only
1.7 and 2.7 kg, they float along on very quiet wheels, doing full justice to their name. Each case
comes with a featherlight, foldable shopping bag so that everything you carry is light.

MUPAS – the name says it all: Multi-packing system for maximum flexibility during packing. MU-lti-
PA-cking S-ystem means that a suitcase from this range has two halves of equal size (to help organise
everything better when travelling) but can also be opened from the top (if you don't have much space)
and still allow you to access everything from top to bottom. The especially striking design elements on
these suitcases are the reinforced top and bottom of the case as well as the eye-catching zip pulls with
the two-in-one TSA combination lock on the front of the suitcase that can be used to lock both halves
of the suitcase at the same time.

Straight
The STRAIGHT range has been developed for everyone that prefers a hard shell suitcase but still
wants to be able to get things out quickly. Straightforward in appearance, well-conceived and elegant
in design and features, the carry-on case and the medium-sized case are hard shell cases with a
difference – they also have a front pocket that can be accessed from outside. The range also includes
a large long-haul case with a slim lid that saves space in hotel rooms if you want to live out of a

A hard shell series made of printed polycarbonate that stands out because of its striking shell design:
rows of spearheads. A spearhead among hard shell suitcases, both in design and function. The shell,
exterior poles and rubberised zips make it virtually impossible for water to penetrate into the case.
