allows you to search for books

and DVDs that you may need

for your studies.

You can also renew books you

have already borrowed and

place reservations on items.

The catalogue can be

accessed both in college and

from home via Linkup at

www.linkup.gateshead.ac.uk.

A link can also be found on the

Learner Portal and on eLibrary

ac.uk/Teamspace/e-library/

Signing in to the catalogue

Simply click on the sign in

link on the left hand side of

the screen, underneath the

We recommend changing

your password once you have

logged in by going to

My Account and clicking on

My Password.

Managing your account

Once signed in, you’ll notice

a My Account section at the

top of the page. This is where

you will be able to see the

items you currently have on

loan, information about when

they are due back and how to

renew them.

Reservations

If the item is available in the

library, you can reserve it for

collection next time you are

in college. However, if it is

currently out on loan, we will

contact you once it is returned

to let you know it is ready to

collect.
