What started as a small outdoor furniture manufacturer in the summer of 1975 has grown into one of the most<br />
prominent manufacturers in the outdoor furniture industry. Winston Furniture Company’s humble beginnings have<br />
served both the company culture and the many fine retailers who have supported the brand for more than 38<br />
years. Taking pride in the products we manufacture has created a level of quality that both we and our customers<br />
have come to expect from the Winston Furniture Brand. Our standard of quality is something we nurture never<br />
satisfied until 100% perfection is obtained. A tall order, but building a quality product is what started the concept<br />
of Winston outdoor furniture so many decades ago.<br />
Today, we are offering our most diverse product offering ever with styles that meet every need from traditional to<br />
transitional to contemporary. We have introduced woven products to the line in a big way for 2014. Banyan Bay<br />
Modular Woven Collection is truly a unique concept to the market. Even though the beautifully woven Oyster<br />
Weave coloration of Banyan Bay is a crowd pleaser so is the option of having the exposed aluminum base painted<br />
in any one of Winston's 11 powder coated finishes. Coordinating the weave color, base color and fabrics offer<br />
your customers a custom look often unavailable for most woven products.<br />
Winston's new Belvedere Collection offers sling, cushion and woven bucket options. This transitional design works<br />
perfectly in any setting. The extra wide aluminum extrusion surrounds the exceptionally comfortable seat whether<br />
it's cushion, sling or woven. And we have added a woven seat bucket option to the contemporary Southern Cay<br />
Collection.<br />
There’s more - a lot more. Including over 500 fabrics to choose from and a value priced line of table tops in sizes<br />
never before offered by Winston.<br />

Oyster Weave - Having the look and feel of real rattan, this proprietary weave creation was the result of dedicated<br />
time and effort. The material itself if a mix of polyethylene and UV inhibitors with no acrylic additives. Both the texture<br />
and coloration are achieved from the hands of an extrusion artist who intuitively adds the correct amount of pigment<br />
to the weave during precise temperature intervals in the production process. The weave coloration is infused<br />
throughout the core of the weave. The result is a beautiful, natural weathered weave material. All pieces of Banyan<br />
Bay are hand woven, strand by strand, by highly skilled artists. One chair can take more than a day to weave.<br />

REGULAR FURNITURE MAINTENANCE<br />
• Fine outdoor furniture deserves exceptional care. Winston furniture can be enjoyed for many years when well maintained. Wash the furniture with<br />
a solution of mild detergent and water, rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly. A clear automobile wax can be applied to smooth frame finishes to<br />
provide better protection against harmful ultraviolet exposure and salt air. DO NOT use any kind of wax, abrasive materials or strong detergents on Select<br />
finishes.<br />
• To vinyl, strap and sling seating surfaces, apply a quality vinyl protectant to guard against the effects of air pollution, salt air build-up, and mildew<br />
growth. Wash outdoor cushions with a solution of mild detergent and water and thoroughly rinse with clear water. Allow cushions to air dry completely.<br />
• For best protection, perform this maintenance two to three times a year, although these durable materials can be safely cleaned as often as desired.<br />
• Light stains can be removed with a solution of mild detergent and water, rinsed with clear water and dried thoroughly. Mildew and heavy stains can be<br />
removed with a quality commercial outdoor furniture cleaner and protectant.<br />
• Note: Some suntan and sun block products may be harmful to cushions, sling and vinyl and straps. Do not allow such products to come in contact with<br />
any seating surfaces to avoid deep penetrating stains, which are not covered under warranty.<br />
• Do not steam or use water at temperatures above 100°F when washing.<br />
• Note: Be careful to keep the cleaner from contact with the cushions of your Winston furniture, as it will cause discoloration. Do not use bleach on<br />
printed acrylic fabrics. Do not use solvent-type materials on woven vinyl, woven blend or ultra woven blend fabrics as they will damage the yarns. Do not<br />
use chlorine based cleaners.<br />
FABRIC DESCRIPTIONS AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS<br />
Woven Vinyl Fabrics<br />
Woven Vinyl fabrics are made from Weather Weave, an open weave, vinyl-coated, polyester fiber fabric. Weather Weave is similar to the material<br />
used in tire cord, bonded so it will not unravel if cut. Especially designed for outdoor use, Weather Weave dries quickly and can be left out in any<br />
kind of weather. Ultraviolet stabilizers have been added to inhibit fading, deterioration and mildew. Weather Weave fabric cushions will provide<br />
many years of outdoor pleasure.<br />
Mix three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup mild laundry detergent. Apply with soft brush or cloth and rinse<br />
well. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS, THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS.<br />
Woven Blend Fabrics<br />
Woven Blend is a blend of polyester and solution-dyed acrylic that has a soft hand and dries quickly when saturated with water. They are very<br />
useful as an umbrella fabric, and provide excellent sun blocking protection.<br />
Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix<br />
three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent.. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS,<br />
THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS.<br />
Ultra Woven Blend Fabrics<br />

fabric as well and provide excellent sunblocking protection.<br />
Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix<br />
three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent.. DO NOT USE SOLVENT-TYPE MATERIALS,<br />
THEY WILL DAMAGE THE YARNS.<br />
Woven Acrylic Poly Fabric<br />
Woven blend of polyester and 100% solution dyed acrylic which provides a soft hand. Attractive features include inherent durability, long term UV<br />
resistance and ease of clean up. Recommended for both indoor and outdoor use.<br />

Woven Acrylic Fabric<br />
Acrylic Fabric is 100% solution dyed and provides a soft hand, having the look and feel of cotton. Acrylic fabrics are recommended for both indoor<br />
and outdoor use. Acrylics are the most durable outdoor fabrics because of their UV fastness and their ease of cleanup.<br />
Wash with a solution of soap or mild detergent and warm water. Sponge thoroughly with water and allow to air dry. For more stubborn stains, mix<br />
three gallons of warm water with one cup of household bleach and one cup of mild laundry detergent.<br />
Oyster Weave Fabric<br />
Oyster Weave is applicable to Banyan Bay, Belvedere Woven, and Southern Cay Woven.<br />
Quick Cleaning - (1) Use feather duster or soft brush to wipe away dust or small particles. (2) Wash with clean water and wipe until dry.<br />
Extended Cleaning - (1) Dip a piece of soft cloth or clean sponge in mild soapy water. (2) Wipe over stained areas and wash off with clean water.<br />
(3) Wipe dry with a piece of cloth or leave in sun to air dry.<br />
Caution - DO NOT USE CHEMICALS OR POLISHING/WAX FINISHING PRODUCTS ON THE WEAVE FIBER.<br />

RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY INFORMATION<br />
Extruded Aluminum Frame – Fifteen Years<br />
If the extruded aluminum furniture frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame or welds) within 15 years from the date of purchase, we will replace, repair<br />
or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.<br />
Paint Finish – Five Years<br />
If finish blisters or peels within five years from the date of purchase, Winston will repair or refinish the frame in the original color and style, if available, or<br />
in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.<br />
Vinyl Strap – Five Years<br />
If a strap breaks within five years from the date of purchase, a replacement strap will be sent directly to you, upon receipt of the broken strap, in the<br />
original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. If a strap becomes faded or mildewed within<br />
two years from the date of purchase, a replacement strap will be sent directly to you, upon receipt of the faded or mildewed strap, in the original<br />
color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.<br />
Fabric on Cushions, Slings and Umbrellas – Two Years<br />
If the fabric on a cushion, sling or umbrella tears, mildews or fades excessively within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the<br />
fabric in the original color and pattern if available, or in a similar color and pattern if the original has been discontinued.<br />
Umbrellas and Umbrella Bases – Two Years<br />
If an umbrella or umbrella base fails structurally within two years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the umbrella or<br />
umbrella base, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.<br />
Woven Components – Three Years<br />
If a woven component fails structurally (i.e. broken frame, welds, or resin), or if the weave unravels or fades excessively within three years from the<br />
date of purchase, we will replace, repair or refinish the product in the original color and style, if available, or in a similar color and style if the original<br />
has been discontinued.<br />
Composite Table Tops – Two Years<br />
If a composite table top or copper top fails structurally within two years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the<br />
table top, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Some of the table tops have<br />
painted decorations which may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. This fading is excluded from the warranty. See other exclusions below.<br />
Cast Aluminum Tops – Three Years<br />
If a cast aluminum top fails structurally within three years from the date of purchase, we will, at factory option, repair or replace the table top, in<br />
the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued. Some of the table tops have painted<br />
decorations which may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. This fading is excluded from the warranty. See other exclusions below.<br />
Component Parts – One Year<br />
If a component part (glides, bolts, wheels, etc.) fails due to manufacturing defects within one year from the date of purchase, we will, at factory<br />
option, repair or replace the part, in the original color and style if available, or in a similar color and style if the original has been discontinued.<br />
Shipping<br />
If required, Winston will pay for shipping to and from the dealer (for frames) of damaged or replacement products for a period of three years from<br />
the date of purchase. If the product is warranted for a period of less than three years (fabrics, etc.) Winston will pay for shipping of the damaged or<br />
replacement product during the warranty period.<br />
This warranty is a limited warranty, and applies to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required. Warranty coverage begins on the date of<br />
purchase. This is a residential warranty and does not apply to commercial use.<br />
Note: Winston or its suppliers may discontinue any component parts such as fabric, paint, etc., at any time.<br />
Winston reserves the right to determine whether to replace, repair or refinish and mode of transportation of authorized returns.<br />
Exclusions<br />
Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, fire, freight damage, acts of nature (such as, but not limited to freezing or high winds), suntan oil or<br />
other chemicals, normal fading, scratching or chipping of the finish, fading, weathering or staining or discoloration of furniture, accidental damage<br />
repair or modifications by consumer, glass breakage, commercial use, normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. Steel furniture is not<br />
warranted against rust.<br />
Winter Storage<br />
All furniture should be stored in an upright position to allow for proper water drainage. Storing furniture upside-down may cause water to accumulate<br />
and freeze inside the frame, causing serious structural damage that is not covered by the warranty.<br />
Winston reserves the right to make minor design changes or modifications and to discontinue finish color, strap color, fabrics or styles without notice. Measurements given are<br />

• Damage resulting from accidents<br />
• Normal fading of vinyl color caused by exposure to the sun and weather<br />
• Vandalism<br />
• Furniture is not designed for in-pool use — Voids Warranty.<br />
Umbrella Warranty<br />
Fabric umbrellas are constructed from the finest commercial material. Due to severe weather to which umbrellas may be subjected,<br />
Texacraft ® Tropic Craft ® warranty does not apply.<br />
FiberBuilt Umbrellas warrants its fiberglass umbrella ribs to be free from detects in material and workmanship under normal conditions for a period of<br />
