New Style for Subud Paris

The renovations to the
Subud house in Paris have
been completed after
two years of continued
efforts by all members.
A generous contribution
started the whole process
and encouraged many other
members to give and through
the final contribution from
the National Association
the money was there to
complete the project.
“Members gathered
regularly to help our Subud
member who is an architect
who, with a small team of
experts, did most of the
work. This seems to have
made the members feel
closer and perhaps has
established some stronger
bonds among them,” said
Trisnani Yvoire, Subud Paris
chair.
Although it is a bit early to
assess the effects of these
renovations on group life,
many of the members have
stated that their latihan has
changed and feels stronger
since the renovations.

feel great about the changes.

Members far and wide
came to Orgiva for the
grand opening.
New Space for Spain
The new Subud Centre
in Orgiva, Spain opened
with around 120 members
from WSC, International
Helpers, MSF and others.
To date €334,000 has been
contributed by Subud
members and MSF, but we
still need about €40,000 to
finish off the project. The
Subud complex includes
a Latihan hall, a swimming
pool and 8 cottages.
Orgiva is a multinational
group, in fact, they have had
up to 10 different languages
spoken by members in the
group. It has become a
center for Subud meetings
and for members to visit
and recharge, and with the
new facilities they hope to
further develop this. If you
