All Homeowners Association Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday<br />
of each month at 6 PM at the recreation center - clubhouse with the<br />
exception of November and December the HOA Board is on holiday<br />
during these months and resumes in January.<br />

Clubhouse Rental is $100 with a $300 deposit (prices may change)<br />
Assessments must be paid in full and current to receive a pool tag, fitness<br />
key or to rent the clubhouse also paperwork must be filled with current<br />
photo ID is required<br />
All paperwork and fitness swipe key can be filled and paid at recreation<br />
center (clubhouse) with Management Company<br />

Christmas Celebration all celebrations are located at the <strong>Cypress</strong> <strong>Mill</strong> II<br />
