I have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, the latter of which assisted me in<br />

presenting services and products to clients at all levels of seniority. I am comfortable presenting<br />

in front of groups of any size, and I always ensure I have fully prepared by looking into the<br />

client’s background, requirements, and USPs that I think would be suitable for each occasion. I<br />

am confident speaking with HMWIs, but then I appreciate that it is often the PAs and EAs who<br />

are the decision makers,<br />

When necessary I utilise Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media channels to portray<br />

information in the clearest, most efficient and precise way possible.<br />

I have a wealth of experience in generating, and following up on, leads for new business. I use<br />

all sources possible to formulate a targeted strategy; looking at existing customers and their<br />

sectors (and competitors), picking up the phone, LinkedIn (over 6000 connections), attending<br />

industry networking events, following current affairs and trends. This has lead me to meetings<br />

with establishments such as Facebook, Kaspersky, MoneyCorp, Haas F1 team and The Guardian.<br />

I feel a friendly and approachable attitude is key for client retention, and the more personal the<br />

connection the better. I like to interact with my clients as much as possible, both on a business<br />

and personal level, in order to build mutual trust and understanding.


I have experience in working with clients from a wide range of industries, such as:<br />

I understand how important digital marketing is in building brand awareness and forming a<br />

good impression of the service being offered. I have always had a keen interest in presenting<br />

information in a clean, precise and attractive manner.<br />

I will strategically plan content in order to coincide with my clients’ planning timelines, for<br />

example if I would release a blog or mailchimp regarding services relating to summer sporting<br />

events in January, as preparations are often made 3 or 4 months in advance of the event.<br />

Strategical planning also takes into account SEO, which is particularly important in industries<br />

where there is competition for business.


An example of an account I nurtured after sourcing is Haas F1 team.<br />

I idenfied F1 as a potential industry for new business after attending<br />

the Luxury Superyacht and Supercar Exhibition. Meetings with<br />

luxury yacht charter teams led me to find Williams F1 travel team on<br />

LinkedIn. Williams expressed interest to my initial contact, so I<br />

contacted them and sent a presentation detailing the services, and<br />

from there they booked for their requirements in Abu Dhabi.<br />

I used this as a platform to approach other F1 teams, and quickly arranged a meeting with the Travel<br />

Manager for Haas F1, who I found on LinkedIn also. Haas trailled the service by asking us to collect their<br />

drivers from their homes throughout Europe and taking to the airport. I stayed in constant contact with the<br />

client, suggesting further areas of the service they might find useful. From this, I secured the bookings for 12<br />

as directed vehicles, plus transfers, in Shanghai for the China Grand Prix. In order to ensure everything ran<br />

smoothly I attended the Grand Prix, staying with the team in their hotel and travelling to and from the circuit<br />

each day.<br />

I now have a deep understanding of the requirements of this sector and it’s specific requirements, and can<br />

translate that knowledge to similar areas of sport (yachting, Formula E, E sports).<br />
