Dining Concepts<br />
Our custom dining concepts and coffee shops are focused on creating<br />
positive guest experiences through a variety of options, healthy choices<br />
and allergen-free alternatives. We focus on the overall experience<br />
to engage guests with exhibition cooking, guest chefs and cooking<br />
demonstrations.<br />
Additionally, our catering component offers everything from coffee and<br />
snack breaks to executive meetings and formal events.
Culinary Innovation<br />
We are committed to culinary integrity in all aspects of our dining services<br />
operations from local, sustainable ingredients to made-from-scratch<br />
recipes. Our seasonal menus are culinary-driven with quality ingredients<br />
prepared fresh.<br />
Seasonal Plate, our limited time offer program, features chef-developed<br />
breakfast, lunch and snack offerings that are seasonally inspired.
Focus on Wellness<br />
Wellness begins with the food we serve. Our wellness programs focus<br />
on educating our guests about nutrition, wellness and sustainability.<br />
Regional Wellness Dietitians help support wellness initiatives, facilitate<br />
