the associated tools and KPIs. They acquire entrepreneurial skills and learn how innovative projects can be implemented in the company context.

In addition, the SCE offers a half-day introduction to intrapreneurship for executives and conducts individually tailored intrapreneurship programmes for companies. Intrapreneurship Bootcamp

The SCE has developed a holistic

innovative approach called Dynamic

Business Modeling, which takes account

of new challenges. This approach

combines the fostering of an entrepreneurial

mindset with the understanding

of dynamic transformation processes,

the further development of existing

company structures and the integration

of the social and cultural ecosystem.

Innovation is a non-linear and dynamic

process advanced by employees and

stakeholders. Work together in a

cross-functional team in your organisation

to transform an idea into a genuine,

prototype-based business proposition

that gives your company tangible

added value. Learn how to identify

new business opportunities and how to

build the right business model to

successfully implement innovation.

Dynamic Business Modelling

The Intrapreneurship Bootcamp combines

instruction in our holistic approach of

Dynamic Business Modeling, novel

methods and tools and related aspects

with practice-oriented project work and

personal refl ection. Within a period of

three days, the participants in teams

will experience their own innovative

company project, employ new tools and

learn how to integrate such processes

in a company environment.

Entrepreneurial Mindset

The entrepreneurial mindset, leadership

skills, enthusiasm for a shared vision or

dealing with uncertainty cannot be taught,

but are acquired through experience and

practice.

Learn the structural prerequisites for

an entrepreneurial organisation through

enabling employees to shoulder

responsibility. How do you deal with

uncertainty, change, risk and failure and

how can transformation processes be

made more innovative, including best

practice examples?

Methods and Tools

Become familiar with tools, methods and

resources that can help create innovative

ideas and business models, such as

design thinking, lean start-up, business

model canvassing, prototyping, Blue

Ocean, strategy development methods

and much more. Learn how to choose the

right weapons from the innovation

toolkit. Acquire practical knowledge to

make ideas tangible, actively work on

ideas in teams and develop concepts that

are defi ned and tested in initial prototypes

to capture user feedback.

Organisational Structure

Innovations are made by people, not

by company processes. An entrepreneurial

organisational structure with responsible,

entrepreneurially thinking employees

is a prerequisite for sustainable innovation.

Open innovation and thus cooperation

and networks become key factors. Learn

what makes up a sustainable innovative

company culture and how to establish it.

To this end, we explore the organisational

framework and examine how to successfully

negotiate for internal resources.

About the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE)

The SCE supports emerging entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and companies in

establishing a dynamic culture of innovation and in anchoring entrepreneurial

competencies and leadership qualities that are needed to shape viable

company strategies, holistic solutions and sustainable implementation.

As a private research institute attached to the Munich University of Applied

Sciences, we were named by the Federal Ministry of Economics and

Technology (BMWi) as Germany’s “EXIST-Gründerhochschule” (start-up

academy) for our innovations and future-oriented training and start-up

promotional programmes. In 2017, we once again reached the first place

among the German universities and colleges in the BMWi Start-Up Radar

study. We are constantly further developing our educational approaches

and our understanding of entrepreneurship. To this end, we are active in the

regional, national and international institutions that are helping to shape

a European understanding of entrepreneurship.
