Kare manufactured products are generally processed and despatched on day of order. Made-to-measure products generally processed and despatched on day following order. All deliveries are sent out on a next day basis. Any orders less than £200 will incur a carriage charge of £4.25 Should you require Saturday delivery or Next Day delivery before 10.00 a.m. or 12 noon, this will incur additional carriage costs. Returns and Refunds Made to measure products are non-returnable. Goods to be returned must have a completed Kare Returns Note attached detailing the reason for their return. Call our Customer Service Department on 01475 743400 and a Returns Note will be sent to attach to the returned goods. Returned goods, which are clean, unused and which can be re-sold can be exchanged for other Kare products. Goods returned for credit and not exchange, will incur a 10% re-stocking fee. This fee covers administration, inspection, repackaging and re-stocking costs, incurred when goods are returned. Short delivery or incorrect delivery or damaged goods Notify us within 7 working days of receipt of order if goods are delivered short, incorrect or damaged. Pricing All prices are exclusive of VAT and are valid with immediate effect. We reserve the right to change pricing due to unforeseen circumstances. Payment Payment should be made within 30 days of date of invoice by cheque or bank transfer as per details shown on our invoice.
