How To Reserve Your Table<br />

For all Festive Event bookings and<br />

enquiries then please call 01457 871040 or<br />

complete the attached booking form<br />

included in this brochure and hand in to<br />

our Reception.<br />

Deposit Required<br />

A non-refundable, non-transferrable<br />

deposit of £15 per person is due upon<br />

booking for our Festive Events. For<br />

Christmas Day bookings a deposit of £20<br />

per person will be required.<br />

Final Payment<br />

Full and final payment will be due 28 days<br />

before the event. Any booking not fully<br />

pre-paid by this date, will be deemed<br />

cancelled.<br />

Dietary Requirements<br />

On placing your booking, please ensure<br />

that you advise us of any food allergies or<br />

intolerances.<br />

Booking Time<br />

Please note the importance of your booking<br />

time to minimise any disruption to service.<br />
