stylist, cook and TV presenter,<br />

Jo Pratt, who had just released<br />

her latest book, The Flexible<br />

Vegetarian.<br />

Her recipe for Malaysian squash<br />

and courgette rendang with red<br />

lentils was nutritionally balanced,<br />

an absolute vision of colour and<br />

a totally tasty seasonal supper<br />

dish. Yum!<br />
