Because shirts are custom made, refunds and exchanges are not available. 

However, exchanges for incorrect order processing and manufacturer defects

name, shirt(s) to be replaced.

Q. Who can wear “business wear attire”? 

A. Due to OSHA regulations, only non-clinical staff are permitted to wear 

polos, long sleeve shirts and cardigan sets. Please refer to the Employee 

Handbook for additional information regarding Company Dress Standards. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

A. Shirt orders may take up to two (2) weeks to process/ship. Scrub orders 

may take longer depending on ordering volume. Your office will receive an 

email confirmation when the order has been processed by the shirt vendor. 

Orders will be shipped directly to the office name/number provided. 

Q. How do I know if I’m ordering the right size? 

A. Please refer to the sizing guides to choose the best fit for you.
