Going deeply into history, it can

be seen that according to some

source of information, cotton was

first mentioned in Uzbekistan

approximately four thousand years

ago, and the first cotton processing

occurred in the same period of time.

However, historical overview provides

the information that methods of cottonproduction

changed many times over,

sometimes not for the better.

That is, for instance, Czarist Russia

considered and used Turkestan region

as a useful area for its mercantilist

HISTORY

The first cotton factory,Tashkent, 1874

material was purchased, which was,

moreover, bought at much lower

price. From that processed cotton the

right goods were manufactured on

Russian factories. Thus, Uzbekistan

served Russia as a raw material

supplier for a long time until

becoming independent.

First cotton processing plant

was constructed in 1847, Tashkent.

Few years later, such plants were

constructed in Andijan, Kattakurgan,

Samarkand, Margilan, Kokand

and Namangan as well, that led to

enormous technological development

of textile industry in Uzbekistan.

In 1910 Turkestan region provided

43 per cent of the cotton consumption

in Russia.

In the period of 1914–1915 the

harvest gathered provided 70 per cent

— 249 thousand tons of lint cotton

were exported to Russia. To deliver

HISTORY

cotton to Russia was not economically

profitable, for this reason, cotton gin

plants were constructed in Turkestan.

Thus, primary cotton processing

industry took place. In 1908 there

were 204 factories in Turkestan, by

the year of 1915 their number had

reached 235.

The Fergana Valley became the

largest manufacturer of cotton in

Central Asia, that for instance, in

1913 gathered 62 per cent of the

whole amount of shipped cotton. Two

thirds of cotton plants were located in

Turkestan.

In 1913 a giant cotton-oil-pressing

partnership Besh-Bosh was formed,

which purchased more than 30 per

cent of cotton produced in Turkestan

region, exported 80 thousand tons

of cotton lint and cultivated 160

thousand of seeds.

It should be highlighted, that

despite enormous production

volumes in 1925–1991 in Uzbekistan

cotton lint was still exported

to other countries as a raw material.

Ready-made textile products

had to be imported from other

countries, which of course was not

economically profitable. The textile

industry was not developed. Lack of

development in terms of technique

and technology, poor innovation and

investment activities, high power

consumption, labour-intensive,

raw material capacity led to poor

competitiveness of domestic goods

produced from cotton.

Since our independence, the

decision of developing textile

industry has been made, which

had to be done from virtually

zero. Since 1995 for this purpose

more than $2,5 billion of foreign

investments have been attracted.

Thus, Uzbekistan has done much

work and fundamentally change

the policy of the textile industry

in the Republic. Over the years of

independence, factories with great

productive potential have been

created.

ABOUT SCIENCE

I am a Doctor of Science, I graduated from the Tashkent

State University, Faculty of Physics, with degree in Radio

physics. and my career in science began in the Institute of

Cybernetics of Academy of Science of Uzbekistan.

From 1971 until 1978 I worked on my dissertation and

simultaneously taught Physics in Polytechnic Institute. My

traineeship in MSU changed a lot. It was there where I met

wonderful people, professionals, who taught me a lot and

headed my career in the right direction. At the end of my

training in MSU I was given the control task consisting of

five points. The tasks were not simple, requiring time and

a lot of efforts. But I agreed without a second thought. I

came back to Tashkent, where my family and work were

NEED TO WORK HONESTLY, ONLY IN THIS CASE,

THERE WILL BE BENEFIT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL,

FOR THE FAMILY AND THE GOVERNMENT.

After two years of work, I created necessary

technology. I was already married in those days, and

support and understanding of my wife helped me a lot.

As the time was uneasy, low salary, I should maintain

my family, build a house and work on the creation of

technological project.

I got married at the age of 27, sometimes

it was difficult to maintain the family, but

nevertheless, we were happy. My wife was

always on my side, she supported me in

everything. And she gave me 4 wonderful

children.

I stroke out on my own, I never asked

anyone for anything. I didn’t avoid any work,

as I don’t like to owe anybody. The same is

about credits: if you took a loan, please, pay

in time. We always follow this rule, and this

factor, unquestionably, impacts on business

success.

After to years I went to Moscow to present the result of

the work done. The technological unit created by me was

unique, complex, I am not boasting at all, but it was an

authorial invention.

It was the working that became a push for the doctoral

thesis defense. And I managed it successfully.

THE FIRST STEP ON THE WAY

TO BUSINESS

To be honest, working, doing science and bearing

responsibility for the family at the same time is difficult,

especially in finances.

And in 1994 I made a decision to leave the science. My

friend — the CEO of Uzbek-Chinese JV specializing on

polypropylene bags production — invited me to pursue

manufacturing. That work was unknown to me without

any relation to science, but I agreed. As a result, within

a short period of time I became the Director of technical

division, and the factory started working at full capacity.

Over time, due to working hard, modernization and

high output the factory passed into my ownership. My

elder son Farkhad advised me to take a loan. And we

managed it! It was in 1996, and we spent the whole

amount of money on modern equipment purchase. We

created everything virtually from zero: production lines,

work space. Moreover, I improved the equipment myself,

my knowledge in Science was of a great help. Such kind

of technical modernization helped the factory to run

faultlessly, and we reimbursed that loan quickly.

I began construct factories, and the questions regarding

client search, sales and contracts were my son’s business.

I consider, particularly on this stage of my life our way

to UZTEX GROUP began.

CHILDREN

The contribution of my children to the business

prosperity is great. I have four children: my sons Farkhad,

Doniyor, Dilshod and my daughter Sadokat. My elder son

Farkhad is our financial engine, he tackles the problems,

concerning finance. Dilshod is a professional builder, he

is aware of all subtleties and modern trend in this sector,

he managed factories construction. Doniyor is a specialist

in production. He manages all the processes inside

the company, watches cost reduction and productivity

growth. My daughter Sadokat is our support and the best

counselor in everything.

My children are my happiness, the grew up, became

successful, and they became parents, as well.

The new generation of the Mamatdjanovs family is

growingwe are preparing our successors. My grandchildren

take interest in our work.

ANSWERING THE QUESTION “HOW TO BRING UP SOCH TALENTED

AND SUCCESSFUL CHILDREN?” I WOULD SAY THAT FIRST OF ALL

IT IS UP TO FATE, IF YOU HAVE A SPARK OF TALENT AND SKILLS

INSIDE, THEN SUCH PERSON WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.

Certainly, something can be corrected though

upbringing. When a child himself is a thought starter, then

a little push can lead to your business being run. Recently

Farkhad has been to Italy where he signed a contract with

Italian business partners, and there was a photo of him

and an Italian in the newspaper. I saw it and trembled

with joy. Can you imagine, they wrote about my son in the

Italian newspaper! And this is just one of his achievements,

but there are lots of them.

I know that my children realize how to work and what

should be emphasized if you are in the charge of a huge

factory, and not just one factory. First of all, it is care for

personnel, providing all the working facilities for the

workforce: hot meals, uniforms, a lounge, sports facilities.

Now it is not just our business, as each plant is hundreds of

work places, hundreds of our staff members’ families, now

it is our duty to take care of people who trust us.

We are doing charity work as well. Thus, before opening

up textile factory in Shavat, we helped a disabled person

in his business start-up by purchasing equipment. And

nowadays, his business is prospering. I and my children

place productivity goals higher than personal ones. The

work absorbs our time and attention. For instance, my son

Dilshod has started to build his house, as before all the

investments were attracted on business development, and

personal wishes were relegated to a later stage.

Sometimes I ask myself: why do I need it? Why to work so

much, if every m inute is time lined? The answer is simple:

business is an inevitable part of our life.

WHAT IS OUR LIFE?

The meaning of life is that if you were born, do something

useful, leave a mark. Time is a great gift, which

should be appreciated.

You should do something useful for yourself, your

family, your makhallya, for your country.

THE SECRET OF SUCCESS?

In order to achieve something you should work hard.

The main thing is to value your time. They say, if you

missed your time, you missed your happiness.

You should be modest, look around, and think of other

people’s opinions. I always try to help and never to refuse.

Thank God, my children are also ready to help everybody.

all sorts of cotton-made textile goods:

all types of greige and dyed yarn,

countries, CIS countries, the USA,

Turkey, Japan, South Korea and

many others. It clearly shows that

our domestic brand meets the

cost-efficiency, a wide range of

goods, the highest quality of fabric,

modern design. This approach

Knitting and dyeing and finishing

manufacture is located in Chirchik.

The productive capacity constitutes

12,000 tons of geirge and 7,000 tons

of dyed fabric and 4,000 tons of fabric

with rotary printing. From the second

half of 2017 the production of terry

cloth and 14 million terrycloth items

is planned. The fabric is produced

from cotton yarn of domestic

production. The basic range of cotton

Spinning production is located in

Khorazm region, Shavat district. The

productive capacity of this factory is

more than 4,550 tons of combed yarn

per year. This factory is also equipped

with modern technologies, which

make it available to manufacture

products of high quality.

SHOVOT TEKSTIL,

2015

In Khorazm region, Shavat district,

there is also a textile center,

which includes knitting and sewing

manufacture. The spinning factory is

a manufacturer of compact combed,

doubled, open end yarn in the amount

of 8,100 tons per year.

KATQAL’A-TEKS,

2016

The factory is in Khorazm region,

in Uchkurgan city. Hosiery goods

are manufactured here: stockings,

tights, socks. There are more than

2,000 units of the main machinery

being launched on the factory, the

productive capacity comprises

140 million pairs per year. The

production automation system SAP

is set up at the factory, it makes it

possible to monitor the quality and

the optimization of the whole factory

work. In KATQAL’A-TEKS team there

are experts from Italy, Greece and

Turkey, who on regular terms teach

the staff members and upgrade their

skills.

A new factory was launched in

Uchkurgan. the factory took place in

an area so far occupied by Namangan

plant of silk cloth manufacture.

Nowadays, the factory possess

The training session was held by

Business Advisory Group, the trainer

is Bekzod Yusupov.

TRAINING

It should be noted, that this

approach to teaching was chosen

not coincidentally. First of all, it is

an active and intensive method,

including theory and practice held

simultaneously: psychological methods,

business games, lectures on

theory, role-plays.

During the training session quality

management system (ISO) on the

factory was discussed. The reference

was made to the fact that lately

consumers and clients espouse a claim

on availability of the certificate ISO,

which ensures the guaranteed quality

of products.

Different situations were simulated,

possible shortcomings in production

activities were analyzed and synthesis

of functional solutions in terms of

addressing the causes.

At the end of the training session

the company was provided with the

certificate of the international level ISO

9001:2015, the level of management

system of UZTEX CHIRCHIK was

certified by TÜV Thüringen ― a member

of the International Organization for

Certification.

than 2 thousand units of the basic

This autumn UZTEX GROUP will present the textile

industry of Uzbekistan at TextilLegProm — 2017 exhibition.

Federal wholesale fair of textile and light industry goods and

equipment TextilLegProm — 2017 is a unique exhibition

project.

The fair takes place in two exhibition halls, where textile

and light industry products are demonstrated: from raw

materials and equipment to finished products. The number

of participants from different countries can reach more than

2 thousand companies.

Textile Expo Uzbekistan is the only specialized exhibition

of textile and fashion industry with the international

participants and visitors in Uzbekistan.

In four years of work, the exhibition was visited by

approximately 200 international buyers from the Russian

Federation, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkey and other countries.

The exhibition visitors are representatives of the

Government of Uzbekistan, managers and specialists of

textile and clothing-knitwear factories from the whole

region of Central Asia, representatives of large retail chains,

wholesale and retail trade enterprises, business circles and

officials.

It should be noted, that in 2015 the exhibition was visited

by 5,883 people, more than 70 stands were arranged. This

year UZTEX GROUP’s finished products, yarn, hosiery goods,

terry products will be presented on the exhibition stand, a

special rack for terry goods will be arranged as well.

Uzbekistan is a part of specialized exhibitions of textile

textile for interior design.

The event takes place annually starting from 1917 and it

garments in CIS. Each factory has a

fleet of textile machines such as fabric

dyeing, thread dyeing machines, PAM,

But, ECO CO2 is not going to

stop there and it is engaged in the

development of a strategy of food

CO2-to carbonated ice processing,

which can be sold as a commercial

product and supply customers with

it. The main feature of this ice is that

while melting, or more precisely,

during the time of its evaporation, no

lead. This ice as opposed to commonly

used gas is very easy to store and

transport and it is suitable for cooling

and transportation of a large volume

of food products.

As is well known, technologies are

developing rapidly. Keeping up with

times, ECO CO2 is planning to sign

a contract with companies focused

on food products storage during

the time of transportation via air,

and moreover, ECO CO2 develops

technologies for food industry such

as bakery industry, storage of dry

food, and technologies for production

operating convenience, for instance

the horned cattle and horses marking

as well, the technologies for chemical

reactions retardations, rodent control,

flowers preservation, fishing haul and

spoils of the chase, dismantling of

different types, fire extinguishing.

It is worth noting that in show

business there is also the way for CO 2

to be applied: the company started

planning the project on various special

effects creation with the help of CO 2

.

LOKOMOTIV FOOTBALL

CLUB

One of the new projects is Children’s football

school under Lokomotive football club, that belongs

to AB Uzbekistan Railways.

Lokomotive was founded in 2002, and nowadays

it is the champion of Uzbekistan Major League. In

2006 young footballers’ school was opened at the

club, where children aged 5—13 do their favourite

sport with a great pleasure. Young footballers

participate in local and international competitions.

Thus, they competed against a team from Latvia on

the opponents’ stadium. In addition, they struggled

to win in Malaysia and Turkey.

UZTEX GROUP Company realizes the importance

of their mission in support children’s sport as doing

sports help children to develop physically, think

like a winner, cope the obstacles, and develop team

spirit. For this reason, Since 2016 UZTEX GROUP has

started cooperation with Lokomotive football club.

ECO-BIO TEST the assessment of

individual workplace in realms of

injuriousness and harmful production

factors was carried out. By virtue

of the assessment the report by

Ministry of Labour of the Republic of

Uzbekistan was obtained under which

injury-causing sites and harmful

factors or violations of labour were

not found. However, the certification

organization recommended to provide

the workers engaged in dyeing sector,

with dairy products — 0,5 liters per

person in one working shift.

Moreover, all UZTEX workers are

provided with 4 hot meals (there

are 450 seats in the canteen) and

free medical care. The uniform and

personal protective equipment if it

is necessary are given out twice a

year. Modern changing and shower

rooms are operating productively.

The measures of disinfection and

deratization of workplace are taken

promptly.

We can proudly state that due to

daily preventive work conducted

by safety service and work safety

department (as well as company

managers) no injuries at the

manufacturing have been made since

the company was established.

However, even the most safety

production doesn’t mean that a

worker’s health will be strong. There

are lots of other factors besides

production, where the company

doesn’t bear responsibility, but these

factors can more or less influence

worker’s efficiency, subsequently, the

product quality can be influenced.

Eventually, workers give full commitment

and their time to workintellectual

power, moral forces and

energy, thus, the company has to bear

the responsibility for supporting a

worker in order to obtain this power,

energy and forces. So, the care for

workers’ health shouldn’t be taken

only in terms of workplace.

Germany: modern stomatological,

facilities, ophthalmological sets,

ENT specialists’ tools, and sterilizing

equipment.

24-hour-a-day emergency medical

posts are organized in all medical

centers to provide medical first aid.

Obviously, all centers are supplied

with the necessary quantity of

medicine and medical products

(120 types).

Furthermore, there is a daily

inpatient clinic intended for 4 people,

where the company staff members

can get a course of necessary therapy.

The complex of medical

examination and treatment is financed

by the company. The activities

such as a week of health improving

with the purpose of care for health

of women in fertile age take place

regularly, during these weeks they see

all specialists for medical check-ups.

— From 2016 to 2017 the trade

union organization arranged some

activities and interesting trips for

the staff. In particular, in accordance

with the workers’ wishes trips around

tourists places of Uzbekistan, such

as Bukhara and Samarkand, were

arranged. All the staff members received

knitwear as a present on The

Independence Day.

Corporate events to celebrate New

year are organized every year. All

the staff members like this holiday

and look forward to its celebration.

Apart from that, workers often go to

concerts of artists of Uzbek stage.

Children of the staff members were

provided with vouchers to health

camps for the summer period. The

staff members recovered their health

in health resorts and health centers

such as Khumson, Aktash, Chinabad,

Ibn Sino, etc.

At initiative of the administration

and trade Union Committee

competitions are organized to

designate the best specialist with

valuable gifts being awarded. In

addition, trade Union Committee

doesn’t forget about anniversary dates

of the workers, presenting gifts as

well. On the celebration of Memorial

Day all workers are allocated with a

monetary reward.

The management encourages the

willingness of workers to do sport

— sports equipment is purchased

in order to give workers a chance to

save money and not to spend it on

the gyms outside. It makes it possible

I would like to mention that destitute

staff members can count upon the

company help. Every month trade

union budget allocates financial aid

accounting for four minimum wages.

The management of UZTEX GROUP

completely realizes how important

it is to provide workers with full

cultural relaxation. The purchase of

sports equipment and organization of

contests, in UZTEX view, are relevant

not only to leisure activities, but

also it concerns healthcare — the

production process is very strenuous,

sedentary occupation, as is known,

doesn’t do any good. Thus, this

measure is preventive, which prevents

emergency of diseases resulting from

It is difficult to call events being

Undoubtedly, it is free, these are workers’ basic

needs, and the management considers it necessary

to be provided. Trade-union committee concerns

of the workers to be provided with vouchers to

health centers and opportunities to travel around

Uzbekistan — visits to Samarkand, Khiva, Bukhara.

Moreover, workers are given opportunities to attend

concerts and take their children to circuses, New Year

parties, etc.

― Definitely, yes. UZTEX GROUP factories every

day celebrate all the calendar festivities, including Eid

and Kurban Bayram. All staff members are given both

presents and bonus.

― What about vacations ― how many times a

year and for how long?

― Basic leave is provided once a year for 15

working days.

― And if a staff member is taking maternity

leave, what can she count upon?

― Maternity leave before and after birth is

provided. Maternity leave is provided during the

period until a child is 2 years old, but in accordance

with a mother’s wish it can be prolonged.

― Do people continue working after retirement?

Are there any benefits for the retired?

― Yes, people often continue working after retirement.

There are no restrictions in this issue, but there are not

any established benefits. However, the management

often finds it necessary to encourage a staff member or

labour veteran with a monetary bonus or special work

conditions.

All this information is important for applicants who

are aimed at long-term cooperation, who are ready for

serious contributions to work and expect proportionate

CAME TO WORK ON FOOT

In childhood, I was an ordinary boy:

fan of video games, played football, was

engaged with tennis and swimming, and

from school subjects I adored mathematics.

Entrepreneurship was in my blood,

and I always dreamed of business. For me

it seemed that this was a work perfectly

combined with rest. However, later it

turned out that this is not so. (Laughs.)

I studied at Narkhoz, now it is the

Tashkent State Economic-University.

The study was held like everywhere else,

probably students are fun and relatively

carefree. I remember one case. Once none of

the fellow students did not volunteer to go

to receive scholarship for the whole group:

a huge line, for dinner and do not have time.

Nobody except me. I set the condition: I take

commissions from each group-mate - from

C takers five thousand soums, and there

were thirty-one of them, from B takers three

thousand, there were five of them and from

students with A level, in the number of three

people, nothing. All agreed, and during the

academic year I earned quite well. For the

student, of course.

In UZTEX, I came to work on May

1, 2016. How come? Simply — on foot.

(Laughs.) I immediately fell in love with

my work: courage, when you bargain with

the client, solving problems in production,

building a system - is not this a pleasure?

The most difficult in my work - to establish

business processes and, of course, to look

for orders. The most pleasant thing is to

argue with colleagues, convince them and

convince them and in the end turn out to

be right. UZTEX — company with huge

potential, vertical integration gives us a

great advantage.

Of course, I spend most of my time

working. But I try to compensate my family

on Sunday. With kids I try to communicate

as often as possible: every morning I take

When I was little, I fond of sports, almost

Probably, that’s why I entered to the

Tashkent Law Institute. Never did not regret

the chosen path. I used to work at the head

office of Asaka Bank. Our bank serviced

and credited the textile industry as well.

So I became interested in this branch of

light industry. Then I was invited to work in

UZTEX.

In 2016, SAP HANA and UZTEX GROUP

announced the start of a project for a

single system SAP S/4HANA three factories

group: JV UZTEX CHIRCHIK LTD, JV UZTEX

TASHKENT LTD, JV EUROTEX GLOBAL LTD.

This project will be the first introduction of

an innovative performance of SAP platform

in the CIS textile industry. The innovative

SAP S/4HANA platform will allow for a

long-term perspective to support a single

cycle of enterprise management at all

stages: from product concept development

to after-sales service.

In my work there is no monotony, forgive

me, our accounting department! (Smiling.)

My life puts before me such tasks, which

are simply interesting to solve! Almost

higher mathematics, though, when solving

mathematical problems, you do not earn

money. My profession itself is considered

prestigious. Lawyers are respected and

have a lot of advantages in society, they

have the opportunity for excellent career

growth. Most of the top high-paying

positions require just a legal education.

Sometimes, you’ll get tired so that the

white light is not nice. Fortunately, at

home they always wait for me, they always

welcome me. The family is my rear. That

says it all.

I was always an active child: I was

engaged with freestyle wrestling and I even

achieved success in this field. At school

I studied well, very fond of physics and

mathematics. After graduation, he entered

the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light

Industry. It was interesting and fun to study.

I remember, after the successful passing of

the state exams, according to tradition, my

classmates gathered to pour a bucket of

water onto me.

I had to leave the audience, and they

were already standing. But it turned out

that our examiner was ahead of me. Well,

we ran quickly. (Laughs.)

In UZTEX, I came in June 2012. The main

achievement of the group of companies is

openness to innovative ideas and the fact

factories.

How much I work here, I am surprised

talking that I really love my work — for

I became an HR manager unexpectedly

When I grew up, my friends and I ―

together we, of course, were fond of sports.

I preferred swimming, but collectively,

of course, we were fond of martial arts.

Personally, I was engaged in kickboxing.

When it’s time to choose where to go after

college. I chose the profession at once,

when I still was at the Academic Lyceum

under the Institute of Textile Industry — I

wanted be a textile worker, my parents and

teachers suggested me to continue studying

at the institute and becoming a mechanical

engineer.

I remember couple of times when excellent

students were exempted from exams . And I

was among the lucky ones. (Smiling.)

I have been with UZTEX since 2011. A

vacancy was announced and I passed the

interview.

My work is very interesting: there is

diversity and I also like to make calculations

of formulas: translate from the English to the

metric and back. Sometimes it is necessary to

solve many production tasks and manage to

do it simultaneously in a timely manner. But,

when the problems are successfully solved,

when you put experiments and get results

in the form of improving the quality of work,

you realize that this is the real thing!

The equipments we have are at the highest

level — that’s what’s important. My work

demands full return, but due to technical

support it is possible to fulfill all tasks in time.

Therefore, in my life there is a balance ―

work-family.

textile technology. I entered the Tashkent

Institute of Textile and Light Industry.

I came to work at SHOVOT TEKSTIL in

September 2012. While working in the

factory, I realized that my profession is

important.

It is necessary to know a lot, to

progressive, economically sound,

resource-conserving methods in

production. Otherwise you can not. My

work is neither difficult nor difficult

for me. If a person wants, he can do

A simple guy, technologist.

At JV UZTEX TASHKENT LTD came to work in 2001.

He graduated from Tashkent Institute

of Textile and Light Industry with honours,

leaving the walls of the university as a

technologists of the products of the knitting

industry.

He passed the interview first with the

head of the HR department, and then had

a talk with the chief technologist, after

was taken on a position of the mechanicrepairman

of the textile equipment.

Everyone noticed the spark in the guy:

he always undertook to solve difficult

production problems. But they seemed more

interesting to him than impractible. Constant

monitoring the production processes is not

an easy task, but a young man copes with it

and does it well.

At the moment he works in the specialty

received at the university.

“The textile industry is a huge world”, —

says Khojiakbar. His choice of profession was

predetermined from childhood — all close

relatives of his father worked in the textile

industry of light industry. Khojakakar adores

his family, and, of course, he has a dream —

to learn how to fly in an airplane.

SELYAMETOVA

At the JV UZTEX CHIRCHIK LTD —

since the very opening of the factory in 2009.

She did not immediately find her

professional path: after graduating from

the National University of Uzbekistan

(Slavonic-Philological Faculty), the girl

worked as a teacher at the school, tried

herself in foreign economic activity,

including at the UZTEX CHIRCHIK factory.

But all these professions did not bring

satisfaction.

As a result, Tamila tried herself in

marketing. And then came the realization

― here it is, the dream job!

The girl admires the work subtleties:

about dealing with customers, about

processing orders, and emphasizes

that the most favorite thing in work is a

constant opportunity to learn something

new. Specialization of the marketer

assumes the presence of psychological

skills, and psychology is Tamila’s favorite

hobby. It is always interesting to seek,

and most importantly ― to find ways to

solve all kinds of issues when dealing with

customers. The realization that the client

was satisfied with the work done, that he

is ready to work with the company for the

future, always brings a feeling of joy and

inspiration.

In her free time, Tamila prefers reading

Beautiful young woman.

She has a secondary specialty

in accounting.

She came to EUROTEX GLOBAL in

2013, started as a simple accountant,

it was her job to collect the product

standard from OTC inspectors. The

work of the inspectors captured the

inquisitive mind of the girl that Luiza

remained after work at the factory

late to understand the essence of

this profession. Cheerful, purposeful

nature allowed her soon to come to

the cherished goal, and now Luiza

Rakhmanova ― working as a head of

the quality department at the factory.

She admits that her work ―

interesting, diverse and fascinating

― is not always easy: responsibility

for the stuff and a quality of goods

are exhausting. But Luiza knows that

the result of this commitment will be

quality and the factory, in general, of

course awareness of the need for their

of spinning production at UZTEX SHOVOT

from the first day of the factory’s opening in 2012.

Always ready to help her colleagues,

support or explain the incomprehensible,

Gulmira loves to take care of plants since

childhood, so she chose the faculty.

Agromanagement at the Urgench State

University.

When the UZTEX SHOVOT factory

opened in the Khorezm region, the girl

with her friends came to work and was

accepted. Gulmira immediately proved

herself from the best side: positive, active,

initiative, she immediately appointed

herself among managers and colleagues in

production.

“There is nothing difficult for me in

my work, I manage everything. The most

pleasant — it’s to work in a friendly team,

where you are always ready to come to

ALLABERGANOVA

Sweet, modest, charming girl.

At the SHOVOT TEKSTIL factory,

she was accepted as operator of spinning equipment.

Nazakat has always been a singleminded

person, therefore, having

started working at the factory, absorbed

new knowledge like a sponge of

moisture. Having completed training

and acquired the skills of working with

new technological equipment, she was

transferred to the position of laboratory

assistant of the production department.

“I was always encouraged by a sincere

interest in my profession. Working here, I

quickly learned to determine the quality

of cotton and the final product ― yarn.

My work makes my life brighter!”― says

Nazakat. The girl easily overcomes

difficulties in production, believing that

the most difficult is behind. And with joy

comes to the factory, because the work

brings her a feeling of deep satisfaction..

Nazakat is fairly fluent in Russian, but

sincerely believes, that her level is not

good enough, and she dreams of learning it

to understand all the emotional shades of

living Russian speech.

Communication with clients also

implies charisma, and the charm of this girl

literally beats the key.

Zaynab did not immediately find

her place in life. At first I thought

about building a career in the financial

direction ― for some time I worked as an

accountant at Kamolot, I planned to grow

up to the chief accountant. Everything

changed when a friend advice to go to the

factory UZTEX CHIRCHIK to try herself in

marketing.

Zaynab considers herself to be a lucky

man, because she has a favorite job, which
