Manufacturing and Quality Control
We enjoy long term sustainable relationships with multiple factories. We
insist on in-factory QC batch testing on all proprietary lines. Additionally,
each of our sunglasses brands undergo independent testing to ensure
compliance to Australian standards AS/NZ 1067:2003.
Our WalknTalk and Fuse Phone Accessories are manufactured in Apple
approved factories. All Lightning products are MFI Certified. Each of the
240v products undergoes further compliance testing to meet Australian
standards and give the retailer and consumer peace of mind.
At Pacific Optics we take our moral obligations seriously and insist that our
factories are audited for Social Compliance, including child labour.
Brand Management
We employ the services of a dedicated in house Product Management
and Design Team, delivering exclusive contemporary products, Best in
Class packaging and Point of Sale. The team regularly attend international
trade shows, ensuring we deliver the latest fashion and technical trends inline
with the broader market place. Our products are supported with both
active social media campaigns and extensive above the line traditional
advertising.
Sales and Instore Execution
Each of our customers is supported by a team of National Account
Managers, internal customer service staff and a dedicated field team
comprising Regional Managers, State Managers and Sales Representatives.
Combined we have over 60 passionate sales staff focussed on delivering
solutions for each of our retail partners.
Our tailored mobile order software provides our sales team and customers
with great visual tools and up to date information on stock availability
and the ability to take indent orders. Our IT team are eager to work with
retailers to streamline processes and trade electronically.
