needs, and how those programs are delivered. Our motto is “a community working for the community,
une communauté qui travaille pour la communauté”. Staff, volunteers, clients, local community groups and
BABY-WEARING LATIN DANCE
Moms (and dads) get fit with
their babies by learning fun
steps to the rhythmic beats of
Salsa and other Latin dances
such as Merengue, Rumba,
Cumbia and Bachata. Baby-
Wearing Latin Dance class is
open to everyone. You don’t
even need to know how to
dance; the desire to share a
special moment of music and
movement with your child is
all you need. Salsa is soothing
for a baby, since the rocking
movements bring them back
to the time they spent in utero.
Your baby will love being
swayed while in direct contact
with you!
We recommend that your
child be at least 6-8 weeks old.
Parents must provide their own
baby carrier.
your baby secured to you in
your carrier. This all-new postnatal
activity will whip you into
shape while sharing valuable
time with your baby.
We recommend that your
child be at least 6-8 weeks old.
BABY-WEARING LATIN DANCE
Moms (and dads) get fit with
their babies by learning fun
steps to the rhythmic beats of
Salsa and other Latin dances
such as Merengue, Rumba,
Cumbia and Bachata. Baby-
Wearing Latin Dance class is
open to everyone. You don’t
even need to know how to
dance; the desire to share a
special moment of music and
movement with your child is
all you need. Salsa is soothing
for a baby, since the rocking
movements bring them back
to the time they spent in utero.
Your baby will love being
swayed while in direct contact
with you!
We recommend that your
child be at least 6-8 weeks old.
Parents must provide their own
baby carrier.
AERIAL PLAY FOR
YOUTH!
Is it still exercise if it’s this
much fun? Regular physical
activity is essential for healthy
development at any age and
we want to show our youth
be WORK. Want to swing
from the ceiling? Well, we’ve
just made that happen. Sign
up your kiddos for Aerial
Play for Youth, where they
will enjoy a swinging, soaring
exercise program while
enjoying a healthy dose of
fun. The approach to the
program is laid back with a
focus on participation, not
competition. Aerial Play works
with the principles of healthy
athletic development and
assists in building strength,
mobility and neuromuscular
coordination in a way that
doesn’t seem like boring,
traditional exercise. Parents
independence and autonomy
by coming on their own or
Local Businesses help us build!
Corporate naming rights offer local businesses significant
profile for their funding in a place where their employees
and/or customers live, work and play. Their contributions
over a ten year period brand the room and help fuel our
expansion project. Dovercourt is delighted to welcome four
local businesses who have stepped up to help us: Carling
Motors Volvo & Mazda, Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sport
Clinics, Morris Home Team and NeoLore Networks. Contact
