Situated on the beautiful Ligurian Riviera which adjoins
the French Cote D’Azur on the Mediterranean, the Italian
Riviera of Flowers combines the very best of a classical
sightseeing tour with the pleasures of a really relaxing
beach holiday.
Diano Marina is a beautiful resort set in a sweeping bay
with safe sandy beaches and offers an elegant atmosphere. You can enjoy a stroll along the palm fringed promenades and spend hours exploring the
shops, restaurants and pavement cafes leading to the historic old town with its labyrinth of cobbled
streets and weekly market. A super destination for a memorable holiday.
DAY 1 After being collected from your home around 6.00am we travel to our hotel in the Dijon
region of France via the Eurotunnel - tried and tested Kyriad Mirande - includes evening
meal. Good hotel
DAY 2 We depart after breakfast and enjoy spectacular scenery as we head down for our first
look at the Mediterranean - arriving at Diano Marina mid evening.
DAY 3 to 6
During your stay in Diano Marina we have 2 excursions which are included in the price of
the holiday. Our superb local guide will join us to discover the Italian coastline and historic
towns of the area. We have also included and excursion to the Principality of Monaco.
Remainder of your time is free to relax, enjoy the sunshine and the resort of Diano Marina.
DAY 7 Sadly we leave the hotel and begin the journey home. Plenty of comfort stops before
arriving at our overnight hotel - again the Kyriad Mirande at Dijon. Evening meal included.
DAY 8 We head back for the mid afternoon Eurotunnel. Continuing to be dropped off at your home
around 8.00pm.
