The award-winning Paco Pérez has set up shop at Center Cut
Steak House until the end of January, to tantalize tastebuds
with Spanish cuisine. The Catalan chef’s tapas-style menu is
available for lunch and dinner, featuring a contemporary take
on traditional flavours. Must-try dishes include slow-cooked
goatling shoulder with beetroot and sour cream and Getaria
anchovies. Pérez has one restaurant in Berlin and two in
Spain, each boasting two Michelin stars.
