Törggelen originated from thetraditional autumnal wine tasting around the 

“Torggl” (wine press). The young wine (Sußer) is tasted. Traditionally, simple 

dishes areservedduring the“Törggelen”: homemade Speck(bacon) and smoked 

sausages, dumplings and smoked meat. And to round off theevent, roasted
