Jan. 28 — This Is My Brave Show Orlando The SunTrust Auditorium at Orlando Museum of Art, 2416 N. Mills Ave., Orlando, hosts the This Is My Brave Show Orlando, a production that showcases the personal stories of local individuals living successful, full lives despite mental illness. People share their powerful, personal stories onstage through original music, poetry and essays. In conjunction with the show, an art exhibition features works of local artists who live with a mental health diagnosis. Time: 1:30-4 p.m. for the art exhibit and 2:30-4 p.m. for the show. The fashion show features more than 35 fashion designers and artists who have created innovative high-end looks made from material that would otherwise be headed to a landfill or recycling facility. A panel of judges chooses winners in five categories. Cocktail attire is requested.
