An organisation ought to be aware of both, opportunities and
concerns, as this familiarity plays a crucial role in initiating a thought
process and helps make informed decisions, giving a strategic
direction to its initiative. This is especially important in the context of nonprofit
advocacy as organisations, to maximise their impact, should have
representation on key platforms when it comes to issues that affect the
communities that they cater to.
In any organisation, it is important that all departments are in sync, and
therefore, it is imperative to establish a system where all stakeholders have
one drive, one voice, and one brand identity. This necessitates knowledge
sharing, i.e., fluid exchange of information and ideas. When executed
effectively, knowledge sharing helps in making informed decisions and
replicating favourable ideas from various learnings. This belief forms the
core of this journal, which comprises new learnings, recent developments,
media excerpts about the organisation, and reviews of opportunities and
concerns along with our take on various issues.
This volume being the first edition of this publication, we agree that the
learning curve is steep. Over the next few months, we will anchor the
initiative and that will be easier with your support. We intend to make this
