head in to the regular Saturday<br />
Storytimes and Craft beforehand<br />
at 11am and make a pirate hat<br />
for the pirate music show at<br />
11.30am. Natural Magic Ukulele<br />
Pirates are performing as part of<br />
NZ Music Month <strong>2016</strong>.<br />

Scottish Ceilidh<br />
June 11, 7.30pm<br />
The Scottish Country Dancing<br />
national body has declared June<br />
a “come dancing” month. Six<br />
clubs in Christchurch will join<br />
forces and hold a Ceilidh, a<br />
social event with Scottish music<br />
and singing, traditional dancing<br />
and storytelling. The Scottish<br />
Society, Hoon Hay Club, The<br />
Christchurch Club, Burnside<br />
Club and Caledonian Society are<br />
all hosting the event. Flat shoes<br />
required.<br />
Tickets cost $10, under 18s $5.<br />

There will be a celebration<br />
service and the church would like<br />
anyone who has been involved<br />
with them over the years to make<br />
contact with their memories,<br />
stories and photos. These will be<br />
collated and incorporated into the<br />

holding a Be Bald or Bold hairraising<br />
event. Be brave and join<br />
in with a head shave and crazy<br />
hair day on Saturday at The<br />
Palms Shopping Centre. Spray<br />

by 5pm each Wednesday<br />
your hair gold, get a gold ribbon<br />
shaved into your hair or go bald.<br />
If you are not brave enough to go<br />
bald or bold, get a little stencil<br />
of the gold ribbon sprayed onto<br />
your hair or beard on the day -<br />
everyone can get involved.<br />

Super Saturday Storytimes<br />
Every Saturday, from<br />
11-11.45am<br />
Come along and enjoy stories<br />
and rhymes followed by fun craft<br />
activities. During term time,<br />
and aimed for children two to<br />
seven years-old. No bookings<br />
necessary, but a caregiver is<br />
required. There’s a different<br />
theme every weekend.<br />

NEW VENUE: Spiritual, Holistic & Wellbeing Expo will move to its<br />
new home at the St Albans Shirley Club at 269 Hills Rd with its first<br />
show on Saturday from 10am-4pm. Entry is $5 with children under<br />
12 free. Go along and meet a wide variety of holistic, spiritual and<br />
wellbeing practitioners with merchandise on sale as well. Free<br />
workshops starting at 10.30am. Food available on site with healthy<br />
snacks and smoothies. Limited Eftpos so please take cash.<br />
