yummy food, live entertainment,<br />

bouncy castle and free face<br />

Valley who died in WWI are<br />

individually remembered in this<br />

exhibition at Linwood Library.<br />

Library staff researched the<br />

lives of each of the soldiers listed<br />

on the Heathcote Valley War<br />

Memorial, and have created a<br />

touching glimpse into the lives of<br />

some of the local lads who paid<br />

the supreme sacrifice for king<br />

and country.<br />

BALANCING ACT: It’s world circus day on <strong>April</strong> 15 and the Christchurch Circus Trust is<br />

celebrating by holding a free open day event. The trust has been running youth circus classes<br />

have a go and if swinging from a trapeze isn’t your thing, there will also be some awe-inspiring<br />
