11 Your guide to Show Homes & New Sections The success of Faringdon in the Selwyn District Faringdon began in 2013 and in four years has grown at amazing speed with 1,200 sections sold; a figure which exceeded all the developer’s expectations. Of the latest three phases under construction, stage seventeen is almost finished with ninety percent sold and titles expected in two weeks.
