NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY The Board is extremely excited about our change in property management companies to Inframark Infrastructure Management Services effective January 1, 2018. They bring over 40 years of experience and a confidence that will help the Board conduct the necessary business of the HOA. The Town Square resident communication portal that will allow residents to comment, share, sell, network, etc. and provides the Board a way to electronically post meeting notices, alerts and much more. Our renters will now have access to the portal - we feel they are a valuable part of our community and we want them to be included. You will be able to access this info via the app or your computer. Please watch for information coming soon on: • New technology for more consistency & follow up with inspections • Introduction of a new Fine policy for repeat violators to cut down on legal costs • Login info to new portal and info to download app If you receive any statements from RealManage, we will provide you a forwarding address to mail payments to Inframark IMS if you have not already sent in your 2018 payment. If you mailed your annual fee to RealManage, it will be transferred over to the new management company. CHECK YOUR MAIL Residents should have received statements for the 2018 annual Homeowners Fees as well as the bi-annual postcard invoice for EcoWaste trash service. Both of these bills are due January 1 st . COMMUNICATION We would like to encourage every resident to handle concerns through the appropriate channels. If you have a problem with the neighborhood, trash service, etc., please contact Inframark IMS, EcoWaste, etc. directly and avoid posting negative comments on social media. A NOTE FROM MUD 17 ABOUT DETENTION PONDS Residents, “NO TRESPASSING” “DANGER KEEP OUT” These signs are there for a reason, please obey! No one is to be in or around the detention pond playing, riding their bikes or motorized vehicle, climbing or crawling in the pipes this is very dangerous. No trash or clippings of trees and grass is to be dumped in the pond. Any injury sustained while playing in or around the detention pond will be the responsibility of the parent. Anyone being in or throwing trash in the detention pond will be charged with Criminal Trespassing subject to a fine or jail by the Sheriff. These ponds are to help our subdivision in rain and flood. The detention ponds will hopefully help our homes from being flooded. POSTAL SERVICE If you have any problems call 1-800-275-8777. Community Newsletter | February 2018 TEENAGE JOB SEEKERS LIST If you are between 12 and 18 and would like to be added to the teenage job seeker’s list, please fill out the form on our website (www.krenekprinting.com, click submissions and choose Jobseekers) with your name, birthdate (mo. & yr.), phone number, year you will graduate and the name of your newsletter/subdivision. Check the list of jobs you want on your form. Please make sure your email is correct, we send emails in the summer to make sure all the info is still good and that you want to stay on the list. If we do not hear back from you after 3 tries, we will remove you from the list until we do. Must have parent(s) permission.
