The event gives people the opportunity to take along anything they don’t wear, have never worn or are tired of wearing and swap them for something new – well, new to them. It’s a bit of a lucky dip but that’s part of the fun. The event already has more than 200 clothing pieces to swap. Gently worn shoes, handbags, jewellery, scarves and unopened beauty products can also be taken along. All clothes need to be clean and in good condition, no socks or undies. A minimum of five items to swap per person and clothes need to be dropped off prior to the event. To arrange a time to drop off clothes phone 349 3033 or drop them off at the Prebbleton Community Cottage on the day from 12 to 12.30pm. Unswapped clothes will be donated at the end of the day.
