Over the past 25 years Emerson's<br />
Brewery has been searching for the<br />
elusive Holy Ale, and now Emerson’s<br />
has a new spiritual home to pursue<br />
this quest.<br />

taken into the brewery, learning<br />
about all the aspects of the Emerson’s<br />
Brewing process, from milling the malt<br />
to packaging the finished product.<br />

Orokonui<br />
Ecosanctuary is the<br />
only native Cloud<br />
Forest in New Zealand<br />
where indigenous flora and<br />
fauna can live in the wild without<br />
threat from introduced pests. It is<br />
home to some of the world's most<br />
fascinating and rare forest wildlife.<br />

very popular, enabling young<br />
enthusiasts to be part of Orokonui's<br />

as charitable trust, all proceeds<br />
generated support ongoing<br />
conservation work at Orokonui.<br />
PIECE OF PARADISE<br />
Just 50m from the beach, Moeraki<br />
