On behalf of the St. Petersburg Alumnae Chapter (SPAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., we extend warm
greetings and solicit your support of the 2017-2018 Beautillion Militaire Experience and Scholarship Gala. The
Beautillion Militaire provides a structured atmosphere for young men in their junior and senior years of high school
to develop socially, culturally and intellectually via various activities and unique workshops. Furthermore, the
Beautillion Militaire promotes post-secondary education while addressing the achievement gap in the high school
graduation rate of minority males. Lastly, the Beautillion curriculum fosters leadership development and character
education designed for a diverse group of students from varying economic backgrounds.
The Beautillion Militaire Experience provides participants with the opportunity to:
• Attend educational seminars and participate in community service learning projects
• Benefit from professional mentoring to understand their personal potential
• Develop teamwork and leadership skills; improve social and interpersonal skills
• Receive college selection and career path guidance
• Enhance college preparation and academic development
• Earn academic scholarships
Planned activities within the Beautillion Militaire Experience culminate at a Scholarship Gala that highlights the
participants’ development, accomplishments and talents. The Beautillion Militaire Scholarship Gala will be held on
Sunday, April 29, 2018 at St. Petersburg Coliseum from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
The Beautillion Militaire also serves as one of our organization’s fundraising activities held to sustain educational
scholarships for high school students, youth initiatives, and community outreach programs. Through the generous
support of sponsors like you, we are able to ensure the success of our programs such as the Beautillion Militaire.
Your continued support is greatly appreciated. We believe that our scholarships and public service contributions
are an investment in the future of our young people, our local community and beyond.
To help facilitate your desired level of support, we have enclosed our sponsorship package. Sponsorship opportunities
include: general program/scholarship fund support, targeted program support (i.e. college tour), reserved
table sponsorships with premiere seating, and marketing via electronic advertisements during the gala. Our
sponsorships can be customized based on your needs to create a successful partnership.
Please consider joining us to make a difference in St. Petersburg through your contributions and sponsorship. Our
organization has a Donor Restricted Fund with the Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF), a 501(c)(3)
organization, which provides the additional option for a tax-deductible donation (of $100 or more). So that we

Advertisement Guidelines
Forms and ads must be received by March 1, 2018.
All ad sales and patron name listings are non-refundable.
o If a DISPLAY READY AD is not received by 3/1/2018, the ad purchaser’s name would be listed at
the corresponding patron name listing level.
Please submit DISPLAY READY artwork to dstbeautillion2018@gmail.com.
Please proof ads before submitting: All ads will be published as submitted.
Ad files must be submitted electronically (i.e. PDF, JPEG, or Word file format). Attach a hard copy of
your ad exactly as you wish it to appear.
All ads with text must be of good quality.
Checks or Money orders are accepted for payment and must be submitted with the ad. **NO CASH**
Back cover and inside front/back cover ads are accepted on a first come basis.
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority reserves the right to return and not include ads if deemed inappropriate.
