Bibs, cones Players: 10+ Exercise Objectives Organization This exercise is useful to develop passing and re- Race ceiving of players in a realistic field position when switching the ball. It is important for the coach to emphasize good technique and in between races corrects possible Set up 2 teams of 5 players Team A (3 defenders and 2 wing backs) Team B (2 wingbacks 2 central midfielders and 1 Striker) mistakes.
