MOLDOVA Activity name: Caravana Etniilor din Moldova Participants: 20 young people 15-21 years old Recruitman: interested on topic young people which have a good level of Russian, the event is going to be promoted on Internet, 2 weeks before, the participants will fill an application, and will have to prove their intereset on topic. Format: non-formal disscutions with the representatives of different ethnicities form Moldova, 6 people (Romanian, Russian, Ukranian, Bulgarian, Gaguzian, Roma people). Aim: raising the level of the cultural diversity understanding among young people from rural area. Objectives: to create links between young people and representatives of national minorities. To develop the practicies of non-formal communication for the solution of the problems in the society. To rise the envolvement of young people in the civil society project. To assure a safe environment and harmony in Moldova society. Frequencies: 6 meetings during 6 weeks, for one and half hour. Meetings will start in July and finishing in august. Place: The public library of Tohatin, the Chisinau Municipality. Learning outcomes: people will start to communicate to each other and discover the cultures in Moldova. At the end of the sessions, the participants can do a flash mob where they are going to dance a part of their national dance all together or something else if they will have a different idea.

ROMANIA Activity name: Getting connected Aim of the activity: Finding a way to improve communicational channels between different ethnic subcultures (Hungarian-Romanian-Roma) Materials: Conference room Flipchart/ flipchart papers Video projector Laptop Markers Canva Paintbrush Paint Training material printed out Pens/ Pencils Camera Methods step by step: Description: our target group are the youngsters, members of different ethnic NGO-s, who are willing to collaborate with each other, and to find a common language. The main idea of the workshop is to invite a local, objective professional communicational trainer who will be responsible of presenting the local issues identified by him and by the invited members as well. After the presentation of the main issues, the trainer’s task will be to find a solution based on communication. In the second part of the workshop the participants will be divided in small groups (1 member of each ethnic group) where they will get a new task: presenting their cultural characteristics, after the discussion the groups will get a canvas on what they have to create an artwork based on mixing the different cultural elements. The final resolution of this project will be an art exhibition at local community lot. Learning outcomes: The organizers will achieve the following competences:
