A YEAR OF GROWTH!<br />
We have had some exciting changes here at Master Service Companies<br />
Knoxville is the place where the drink<br />
over the past year. On the business side, we have increased our revenue<br />
“Mountain Dew” was born in 1940.<br />
by almost 20%. We have also broken our largest sales and ADL goals to<br />
date. TEAM On the family side, we were able to provide jobs and grow our TEAM team<br />

by about 70 people in <strong>2018</strong>, with no signs of slowing down. <strong>2018</strong> will be a<br />

<strong>One</strong> Experience: Providing WOW service to every customer, every time. Each member of our extraordinary<br />
team deserves recognition for this. Everyone works relentlessly to make each customer’s experience a good<br />
one. In a matter of 2 months, the raving fans from our new locations have already started to pour in. <strong>2018</strong> is<br />
going to be a year of extreme growth and thousands of happy customers!<br />
TENNESSEE<br />
Tom Skeen called the office and spoke with Erica about how great Jack Hodge<br />
was. Mr. Skeen said that him and his wife had crazy schedules and Jack worked<br />
with them wonderfully. He also said Jack was very thorough and made them feel<br />
safe with his knowledge. Great Job Jack!<br />

Customer Barry Fowler called the office to compliment our team. He<br />
could not stop thanking Andreina and telling her how happy he is with<br />
the job and the type of service we have provided him. He said that<br />
from the first time he met with Andrew Howard to his instillation day<br />
with Joshua Mcknight he is 100% satisfy with the experience and that<br />
he has never felt this way with another company. He also said that we<br />
were always on time, called him when we said we would, and made<br />
him feel comfortable at all times.<br />
INDIANA<br />
Andreina had the chance to speak with customer Robin Hudson after her<br />
instillation was completed. She said the guys were all fantastic. Our guys<br />
were very patient with her with her many questions and explained<br />
everything until she felt completely comfortable. She said every member<br />
of our team that she came into contact with was patient and kind. She<br />
had a previous bad experience with another company and our team<br />

NORTH CAROLINA BUILDING<br />
Our Winston-Salem building has gone through some<br />
major renovations in the past several weeks, and is<br />
looking better and better every day! Our team members<br />
have been working relentlessly on the building<br />
and have made some great progress. They have<br />
painted, tore out and reinstalled dry wall, polished,<br />
cleaned, ad installed bathrooms. Way to go team!<br />

Our Indianapolis building has gone through some changes in the past several weeks as well. Check out the<br />
stocked warehouse they have been working on organizing! Great job team!<br />

SALES SOFTWARE<br />
Our newly designed sales software is up and<br />
running now! Johnny Mack, and other members of<br />
the sales team, are providing feedback on the<br />
software to make it the best that it can be before<br />
we launch. “The new sales software is going to take<br />
us to the next level of selling. It is more user friendly<br />
and creates a visual for the home owner that puts<br />
us above any beyond anything our competitors<br />

TRAINING SOFTWARE<br />
Tanner West is wrapping up development of a<br />
great new training app for our production<br />
members. The app is designed for production<br />
members to be able to see where they are in<br />
their training and in their careers. The app will<br />
show a list of skills, and team leaders will be<br />
able to login and check them off as they are<br />
accomplished. The app will be a great tool for<br />
production to be able to visualize their progress.<br />
This transparency allows for a more<br />
efficient training process and more growth<br />
opportunities for production members!<br />
COMMUNITY SERVICE HIGHLIGHT<br />
<strong>One</strong> Community: An advocate for our community, returning the blessings we’ve been given.<br />
In our Knoxville office, Denise Spradlin, Mike Hammond, and the Service<br />
Department took donations from all employees so that they could go buy<br />
toys for Children’s Hospital patients. Giving these children toys that they<br />
have been wanting was an amazing way to spread cheer throughout the<br />
hospital this holiday season. We were able to raise enough money to buy<br />
dozens of toys for these children.<br />
Our Winston-Salem team has been hard at work serving the local community.<br />
From Salvation Army to Second Harvest Food Bank, this team has been<br />
incredibly dedicated to our one community value. They have stepped up and<br />
made their community a better place.<br />
