Tara McMullen, PhD, MPH, Health Analyst for the Division of Chronic and Post-Acute Care, CMS As a Cross Setting Health Analyst for the Division of Chronic & Post Acute Care, Tara McMullen is the technical lead for work focused on standardizing post-acute care assessment data and quality measures as mandated by the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation (IMPACT) Act of 2014. As the CMS technical lead for post-acute care quality measurement development, Tara directs all contractor activities associated in the development of setting specific health care measures for the Nursing Home Quality Initiative, the Hospice Quality Reporting Program, the Home Health Quality Reporting Program, the IRF Quality Reporting Program, the SNF Quality Reporting Program, and the LTCH Quality Reporting Program.
