If you are a fan of reality TV series The Amazing Race Asia or if you follow its Chinese version,
The Amazing Race China, Allan is most definitely a familiar face as he has been hosting the
shows since inception. The California-born, Singapore-based actor-host is also a true blue
performer with FLY Entertainment and co-owner of a Singaporean craft beer label known
as Brewlander. A father of two children, Allan is always on the go with a knack for travelling
both for work and leisure. In this issue of Convergence, the man who tweets from @wulander
lets us in on his travel tales and how it has moulded him into the person he is today.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU TRAVEL
ABROAD AND WHAT ARE SOME OF THE
NOTABLE DESTINATIONS?
The past few years, I have been travelling frequently from two
to three countries per month and sometimes up to five or seven
countries. Some of my more notable locations include Peru,
Finland, Namibia and Mount Everest Base Camp in Nepal.

YOU'VE LIVED IN THE UNITED STATES,
HONG KONG, SHANGHAI AS WELL AS
SINGAPORE. WHERE IS HOME AND
WHERE ELSE DO YOU CONSIDER HOME?
I have been very fortunate to live and experience life in different
countries and parts of the world. At the moment, I would
consider Singapore to be my home. However, I will also
consider the United States to be my home because my family
is still there and it's also where I was born and raised.
