THE BLACK OYSTERCATCHER BLACKOYSTERCATCHER.CO.ZA I enjoy The Black Oystercatcher because it ticks so many "holiday" boxes. Firstly it gives you a great excuse for a really pleasant 45 minute drive from De Kelders. It takes you through beautiful farmland, and you can stop at Elim to see the Moravian village on your way.
