Place your mouse over “Retailer Log-in”. A drop down box will appear where you will then select “B2B Access”. Type your username in the first box and your password in the second box. If you are not, you will need to speak with your account administrator. Placing an Order Once you log-in, you will see the main order screen where you will be able to place orders (depending on your log-in permissions), obtain pricing (either retail or wholesale depending on your log-in permissions) and establish whether or not the retail pricing is turned on for precious and alternative metals. Classic Band Orders: To start placing an order for a classic band, type the style number in the search bar at the top of the page. If you do not know the style number, click on one of the selections under the “style” column. For example, if you would like to order a regular comfort-fit, 5mm, 14kw ring in a finger size 10, begin by clicking on Regular Comfort-Fit (LCF). Once you click on the style, it will prompt you to choose the metal type, millimeter width and whether or not you would like milgrain. 8 Once all options have been selected, you will then choose the finger size, quantity and the finish.

B2B Next, you will have the option to enter an item reference. The item reference could be your customer’s last name or a purchase order number that helps you identify that ring once you receive it. If your order requires engraving, enter the engraving and choose the font on this screen as well. Once all of these steps have been completed, click “Add to Cart.” This item will remain in your cart until midnight CST. This allows you to add additional items throughout the day so all items ship together. Sculpted and Diamond Style Orders To order a non-classic band, you will need the Benchmark style number for the ring you wish to order. Type the style number into the search box on the main order screen. As you type the style number, for example RECF7602S, all metal options for that particular style will appear in a drop down box. Once you choose the item you are ordering from the drop down box, a photo of the ring will appear for style verification. The rest of the process will be the same as ordering a classic band with the exception of choosing a finish as the finishes on sculpted bands are built into the style number and are not selectable. Checking Out Once all items have been ordered and placed in the cart, the order summary box to the right of the page shows an item count, wholesale price total (depending on log-in permissions) and retail total (depending on log-in permissions). By clicking the blue “View Cart” button, you can view the items in your cart prior to checking out. By clicking the green “Checkout” button, you can begin the check-out process which will take you to the shipping selection page. After selecting the “View Cart” button, the next page will show all of the items in your cart, pricing of the items, engraving and the item reference. Here, you can edit items as well as print the cart. After reviewing your cart, click the “Checkout” button to proceed with the order. By clicking the “Print Cart” button, you can print a copy of your order for your records. You can also give a copy to your customer, as long as you have the retail pricing turned on. Choose the address you wish to ship to by clicking “Ship to this address”. If there is only one address on file then only one address will be shown on this page. For retailers with multiple locations and addresses on file, the additional shipping addresses will be listed here. 205.345.0555 9
