Description of Team Roles<br />
Admin Director – Oversees Operation group. Assigns and reviews work to ensure<br />
accuracy and compliance, hires, trains, appraises personnel. Responsible for ensuring<br />
quality standards are upheld for all Realty Kings customers and clients and problems<br />
are solved in an efficient and timely manner. Ability to perform full range of processing<br />
duties, where needed. Motivates, promotes and direct Operations team in meeting<br />
monthly and annual goals.<br />
Buyer’s <strong>Agent</strong> – Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments<br />
and close for buyer agency agreements. Conduct a thorough needs analysis to<br />
ensure fiduciary service to all buyer clients. Assist buyers with loan pre-qualifications,<br />
educate buyers about the home buying process, show homes to prospective buyer<br />
clients, write and submit all offers to purchase, close buyer clients to written offers<br />
to purchase, negotiate offers to purchase and oversee negotiation process, negotiate<br />
inspection repairs, communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure highest<br />
level of service to buyer clients.<br />
Executive Assistant – Answers incoming calls; provides support to agents and brokers<br />
during sales process, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments,<br />
and sending emails; maintains CRM; produces listing marketing materials and assists<br />
with social media campaigns; coordinates and assists with open houses, office events/<br />
meetings and vendor appointments.<br />
Inside Sales <strong>Agent</strong> – Responsible for calling all leads, prospecting for new leads,<br />
servicing inbound leads from sign calls and online sources, managing contacts in<br />
CRM and consistently nurturing and following up with leads to convert into scheduled<br />
appointments.<br />
Lead Gen Director – Oversees Lead Generation Group. Manages activities designed<br />
to procure new business, such as: prospecting, geographic farming, door knocking,<br />
cold calling, drip marketing, business referrals, and networking. Creates and implements<br />
systemic activities designed to generate new clients. Tracks and measures conversion<br />
ratios of team members to ensure weekly, monthly and annual quotas are being<br />
met. Coaching, trains, and ensures team members have tools needed for success.<br />
Listing Coordinator – Manages all aspects of seller’s transactions from first contact<br />
to purchase agreement. Executes all required steps to list a property and get it under<br />
agreement, such as preparing listing materials, pre-listing presentations, CMA’s, coordinating<br />
showings, and scheduling open houses. Obtains necessary signatures on listing<br />
agreements, disclosures and other necessary documentation. Provides weekly updates<br />
to sellers with feedback and progress reports from showings and marketing efforts.<br />
Oversees all marketing efforts to get property sold.<br />

Listing Specialist – Prospects and conducts lead generation activities for new listing<br />
appointments, responds to online seller leads, manage all leads in CRM, prepares and<br />
analyzes CMAs, conducts listing appointments and converts appointments to listing<br />
agreements, presents and negotiates offers.<br />
Marketing Specialist – Responsible for all channels of marketing; develops, designs,<br />
implements and oversees all print and multimedia marketing, i.e. flyers, brochures,<br />
videos, newsletters, exhibits, press releases, websites, e-books, postcards, and more.<br />
Must stay up-to-date with latest technology. Identifies and pursues opportunities to<br />
drive business growth.<br />
Outbound Sales <strong>Agent</strong> – Responsible for generating outside business opportunities,<br />
via door knocking, driving neighborhoods, cold calling, networking, meeting with<br />
builders, developers, industry professionals.<br />
Sales Team Lead – Responsible for hiring, training and coaching team agents. Ensures<br />
productivity and profitability of branch, oversees adherence to team agent agreement,<br />
tracks leads and conversion rates, and maintains agent accountability. Provides<br />
personal and business consulting for team agents. Plans and executes branch level lead<br />
generation activities, such as workshops, webinars, community events, open houses,<br />
etc.<br />
Showing Specialist – Assists agents by showing homes to buyer clients, creates automated<br />
property searches, refines buyers’ criteria and proactively searches for best-fit<br />
properties, gathers and answers buyer questions about potential homes and local communities,<br />
provides buyers pricing information and market research, educates buyers<br />
about home buying process, keeps lead agent informed on all client communications<br />
and developments, close buyer clients to written offers to purchase.<br />
Transaction Coordinator – Oversee the sales process from purchase agreement to<br />
closing, including documentation, deadlines, and communication between parties.<br />
Coordinates title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes. Coordinates inspections<br />
and completion of repairs. Regularly updates and maintains communication with<br />
clients, agents, title officer, lenders, etc. Ensures file compliance and adherence to the<br />
Realty Kings Contract-to-Close process.<br />
