“Without a sense of

“Without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community.“ Anthony J. D’Angelo

2017 was a defining year for NOAH in many ways. We have made substantial investments in the health of our community, including the opening of 5 new health centers assuring access to high quality, affordable health care for more than 23,000 community members. Our commitment to providing health services where they are needed most is evident now more than ever. Our community is stronger when our children are healthy and ready to learn in school, and when adults are healthy and ready to succeed in the workplace and at home with their families. It is with your support we accomplish our goal of transforming the health of our community and finding health care solutions for all – one patient at a time. The following patient stories demonstrate how we inspire hope, live our philosophy of Patients First, and envision a better tomorrow. We are deeply grateful for your partnership and support. We are thankful that, together, we are improving the health and well-being of our communities. Wendy Wendy Armendariz CEO, Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health
