Our focus is general fitness, we feature cardio, selectorized strength equipment from upper body to lower body, we also feature free weights as well. Our personal trainer will help anyone that needs assistants with learning the equipment. The hours are Monday- Thursday 6am- 10pm, Friday 6am to 9pm and satsun 7am-7pm. We plan to grow the gym with the membership. We would like to double the space size and add triple the amount of equipment. We chose Penacook mainly because we live here and we feel the community really need an gym that all can afford without driving far. We want All Out Fitness to be a place where All Fit In. On Saturday from 11-3 pm, Twiggs will be hosting a Free Will Donation fundraiser for The Children’s Place in Concord, NH. For the fundraiser, a variety of Valentine’s Day make and take craft activities will be available for all ages to drop-in and try. SherRee West will show how to use alcohol inks and Sharpie markers to decorate a ceramic tile. Make a pop-up Valentine’s Day card with calligrapher Adele Sanborn to send to someone special! Visiting artist Louise Jacobs will show how to make a Woolen Heart plaque to give to someone special. Jodi Roos from The Children’s Place will be leading a Valentine cookie decorating station. Sit down, make crafts and decorate cookies to your hearts content while enjoying free refreshments and hot cocoa. In addition, view the newest exhibit in the gallery, Wonderment, featuring mixed media artwork by Adele Sanborn and Laura Morrison. All weekend long, shops, workshops and studios in Canterbury, Boscawen, and Loudon will be open and welcoming all for the Cabin Fever Reliever weekend.
